Great guide, so-so stops

Not all the restaurants met our expectations, specifically Lao Beijing. Our guide was well informed, cordial, and enthusiastic. Having organized the tour quite well, she producted a satisfying experience that was lacking only in the kind of food and service we experienced in Lao Beijing. I'd never go there again.

We truly enjoyed this tour and our guide was so very informative and enthusiastic! She was a delight. Enjoyed this one even more than the North Shore one because there was a MUCH larger variety of foods to taste. Truly a wonderful experience. Going to try the Bucktown/Wicker Park one next. Wish you had a Greek Town tour and perhaps a Little Italy. This is a wonderful idea and gives people a real "taste" of the various cultures our wonderful City has plus a sampling of the architecture and history of Chicago. GREAT!!!

Spectacular Dim Sum Display

I was informed what is available for a resident of Chicago. Chinatown is so crowded that I have avoided it until the tour. I plan to take my husband and friends since Dim Sum is an expanding dining adventure.

Grandmother and 5 grandchildren ages 8 to 19 and we all had a ball. Our guide Shane was special and included the children in the whole event. We not only enjoyed all of the food but also what we learned about customs and Chinatown itself.

We all enjoyed our experience in Chinatown, very informative, deliciious food tastings and excellent guide. We would recommend this tour to friends. We learned so much about this culture that we are anxious to return to the restaurants for another meal.

This was our group's 3 food tour and we filled out the entire tour with 13 people on the Chinatown Tour. Our tour guide Lisa was very knowledgeable and made the day amazing. The food was great and so was the history of the area. I would highly recommend this tour, but make sure you are hungry! After it we took the water taxi back towards the loop.

A cultural treat for the mouth and mind.

Of the 3 Chicago food tours, Chinatown was my third choice, but the one chosen by my companion. Nevertheless, it was fun, interesting and the food was great. Interesting cultural features , including the temple, and a knowledgeable friendly guide. Just sorry I didn't have time for the north side or bucktown food tours. One other thing, the Chinatown tour is conveniently accessible to the Red Line train
