| The tour was very good with knowledgable tour guide. The walk was much longer than anticipated as compared to simiar tours that I've taken in NYC. We knew up front that the start and end point were not the same, but did not realize exactly how far we would end up from the starting point. Some people in our tour group had to leave due to other plans and the distance to return back to the starting point. The food stops were fun and there was plenty of food at each stop. Again, I would definately recomend the tour. I only have two critisims and they are both related to the distance and route of the tour. I was unable to purchase items along the way (which was discouraged to keep things moving), but was unable to return to the shops later because of the how long it would take to retrace my steps. If you lived in Chicago this would be great, but for tourist like myself, I didn't have time to return to make the purchases I would have liked to have made. Bad for me and the shops that I am sure would have like the extra sales. The only other improvement I would suggest is maybe a little more info on small little resturants/cafes that I would not know about that are worth visiting. Learning about Mortans is fine, but it's harder to know about little cafes that come and go that might be really fun and good. | ||||||

| We had trouble with the train and arrived late, but our tour guide ACTUALLY called us to give us an alternate meeting location! That is unheard of customer service, and I thank you for that. We enjoyed the one-of-a-kind restaurants and hearing about the local traditions and history of Chicago. We saw parts of Chicago we never would've seen otherwise. Our tour guide was fun and enthusiastic and very nice! I'll be looking into similar tours on future vacations. Thank you! | ||||||

| My husband, son and I went on the tour on a saturday afternoon and thouroghly enjoyed ourselves. The guide was knowledgable, friendly and fun. It was interesting getting to hear about the history of chicago neighborhoods as well as the information about the various foods we tasted. The length of time and the walking distance was just right, thankfully it wasn't raining. I would highly recommend this tour as a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Also, the price was reasonable. | ||||||

| We took this tour on our first day in Chicago. Really helped orient us to where things were. Shawn was a terrific "leader", being very enthusiastic and knowledgeable plus a little wacky which made it all the more fun. The tea/spice/pizza stops were our favorites but we also enjoyed the deli food and we would never say a bad thing about chocolate! It was great to learn about the buildings and neighborhoods and other little tips about visiting Chicago. We would absolutely recommend this tour. Do try to take it at the beginning of your visit. Thank you Shawn and newbie trainee Nicky for a great time! | ||||||

| I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Tad, was friendly, considerate, and very well informed. He shared many interesting facts about buildings, neighborhoods ,the architecture in Chicago, and about the foods that we were tasting. We stopped in seven places and had delicious (and plentiful) samples; all were so good that we had a difficult time choosing which was our favorite at the end. I would highly recommend this activity and would definitely consider repeating it myself if I have the opportunity to visit Chicago in the future. Very well done! | ||||||

| Highly recommend this tour to anyone. Nicki and Shane were great guides and told a wonderful story. The tour had a great flow to it and it was the perfect amount of walking, sight-seeing, history lesson and food as well. Well worth the money, in fact I would say that it is worth much more! Thanks for the great tour and I would definately visit Chicago again! Elizabeth C. (from Canada) | ||||||

| Had a great time on the walking tour. Guides were fun, well informed ,and friendly. Enjoyed the food stops and the information they provided about the city of Chicago. Would recommend this as a great way to get an insiders look at the city and restaurants. Be prepared to walk as they describe in the information they provide. Definitely get plenty to sample, enough to be your lunch for sure! We had fun! | ||||||

| My 20 year old daughter and I were impressed with the tour guide - Tad - his knowledge and presentation skills were terrific. We enjoyed all of the stops and samples along the way. Your design of the tour is just the right length of time and distance. We had perfect weather and friendly people. What more could one want? | ||||||

| I am a resident from the suburbs, naperville, and my mother and grandmother come in every year to where ever I am living that year and I found this walking food tour online. Our guide Tad was great, very knoweldgeable and alot of fun. WE went with about 8 other people, it was the perfect size group of people we all got huge samples of food and were able to spend tons of time looking around and really getting a feel for the 'real ' downtown of chicago not the cute tours we had been on before. There is so much food that you dont get hungery but bring some water you will get thirtsy it is a nice hike. WE loved our walk it gave a great tour of everything but it isnt for those who arent use to walking or those with a bunch of kids it is not too exciting other than it is alot of fun facts that really made it fun and enjoyable even for those who don't enjoy the buildings. | ||||||
