My 11 year old granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the Near North Food Tasting and Cultural Tour. Not only did we learn a great deal about Chicago now and in the past, but all the tastings were delicious. I will definitely put this on my agenda for my next trip to Chicago.

What a fantastic way to spend our first day in Chicago! On top of the fantastic food the tour guide was insightful, funny, and energetic. Highly recommend the tour to anyone looking for a fantastic half day activity. Everyone had a great time, totally stuffed, but still wanted to head back to some of the places we visited for even more tastes and experiences! *** the falafel is sneaky good ;-)

The Bucktown/Wicker Park Food Tour was great! Each food place was unique and delicious. Gina was a fabulous tour guide and I would definitely recommend her. My only regret was not waiting to make dinner reservations until after the tour. We were given so many great suggestions that I would have loved to try one of the restaurants. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Chicago area!

At first I thought this tour was a bit expensive, but after doing it, it was worth the money. The guide was knowledge able and entertaining. The restaurants were unique to the culture and the food was very good. I would do a similar tour again and recommend it to others.

Excellent, well- informed, well-organized guide who updated us on the transformation of the neighborhood on an informal walking tour with exposure to a variety of food stops. On our next visit we'll tour another neighborhood!

We had a wonderful time on this tour. We loved every single thing we ate, and found the tour a great addition to our week in Chicago. we hadn't heard of these two neighborhoods before. It was interesting to be out of the more touristed areas and into some real neighborhoods. Kent was a terrific guide--knowledgeable, fun, and clearly passionate about both food and his neighborhood. I highly recommend this tour. Great food, interesting history and architecture , and an excellent guide.

Our tour guide was great. The food at the stops was great. We went back to iCream the next day; it is phenomenal. We went to another recommended but not visited on the tour place (Bongo Room) for breakfast and it too was superb. Take this tour!

I loved roaming the North Chicago area visiting the local spots on the food tour of Chicago. Favorites were The Spice House and Tea Gschwendner. I highly recommend it, but bring your walking shoes!!

It was cold and windy and rainy, and we had a four-year-old in tow, but our tour guide Chris kept everyone's spirits up with entertaining talks and enthusiasm for the food. We took some Chinese friends and they were especially enthusiastic about the oils and vinegars. All the venues were excellent. Great introduction to good food in Chicago. Liz
