| Kent our guide certainly knew his history and detail of the area. It was good to see that he was very enthusiastic about the food and the history of both Bucktown and Wicker Park. We were staying in downtown Chicago on vacation and had it not been for the tour we certainly would not have visited the area or had the opportunity to sample food and drink in the 6 selected places. We thought the choice of places visited was excellent and the variety was appreciated. Given the amount we had to eat and drink on the tour you will not be surprised to hear that we had a 'light' evening meal We will certainly recommend the tour to anyone we know who is contemplating a visit to Chicago | ||||||

| I'm always looking for something fun to do that's off the beaten track, and this tour was perfect. Even though I live in Chicagoland, I have not been to Bucktown or Wicker Park much. I was surprised at all the neat little restaurants and the variety of food that was offered on this tour. I actually had to "take-away" the falafel - I just couldn't eat anymore! I also love architecture, and really enjoyed having the details of some special homes pointed out during our walk around Wicker Park. The history about the area was also very interesting. Kent was our tour guide - I thought he was fantastic. I highly recommend this tour. I have also been on the Near North Food Tour. I enjoyed that one as well - it is completely different and goes through more neighborhoods (but is a longer walk). | ||||||

| Our tour was phenomenal from start to finish. It was a great way to get an overview of these amazing communities. I felt as though I had a local friend take me to all of the hot spots. Our tour guide, Kent, was exceptional. He was exactly what we hoped for in a tour guide: helpful, honest, upbeat and energetic about his community. I can't wait to go back to these communities and spend more time. I never would have felt this way if it hadn't been for this tour. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! | ||||||

| We were very happy that we had taken the tour on the first day of our 5 day visit to Chicago. It was a nice way to visit neighborhoods that we would probably not have walked through had it not been for the tour. We did revisit a few of the shops during our stay. The food samplings were great and our guide Jessie very informative. My only suggestion is to NOT eat breakfast if you are taking a morning tour...go hungry and really enjoy the food. | ||||||

| I believe our tour leader was Nicki, she was awesome! Friendly, informative and very relaxing to be with. We learned a lot about the area, tasted some amazing food and yet felt not-rushed and very "vacationly". No pressure, just a very relaxing few hours. I would recommend this to everyone and can't wait to visit Chicago again and take another tour. Thanks. | ||||||

| It was so much fun to walk through the Chicago neighborhoods and find these interesting places to eat. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and able to fill us in on all kinds of fun facts. The samplings were wonderful, and the portions were huge. Don't eat a big breakfast before you go on one of these tours. We would do this one again anytime. | ||||||

| A group of my friends attended the Old Town, Lincoln Park tour last year and absolutely loved it! We are still ordering from the tea store (sorry but I can't spell their official name), the Spice House and Old Town Oil. In fact, after the Wicker Park/Bucktown tour last week, we headed back to the above establishments. We knew this tour would be different than last years seeing that it was restaurants but there was not one restaurant that I would rush back to. There has to be better areas and better restaurants in the city of Chicago to do a similar tour. As a side note--the ice cream shop served ice cream with nuts--with all the people that are allergic to nuts (including me), I think they could have picked a better sample. They did make me a special ice cream but it was after everyone else was done and I felt uncomfortable. | ||||||

| What a great collection of stops to sample some yummy food. Particularly enjoyed the restaurant (and the food tasting) Hot Chocolate ... the best I've ever tasted. Above all, our guide, Ben, was bubbling over with enthusiasm the entire way ... hard not to be enthusiastic with him around! Definitely recommend this tour. TB | ||||||

| This tour offered our group (5 women on a get away weekend) with a sampling of a little bit of everything. Of course food, but also some history of the city, different architecture styles in diverse neighborhoods. Our tour guide, Jen, was the best! She was full of energy, very informed, bright, friendly and a pleasure to be with for over 3 hours. | ||||||

| Be sure to arrive hungry as there will be more food than you might expect at each "tasting" and it's terrific. Another pleasant surprise was the variety of architectural styles that were pointed out and described. Kent, our guide, was friendly, informative, and fun. I will absolutely recommend this tour to friends and I hope to take the other one you offer sometime in the future. | ||||||

| Wow! This food tour was great! From George's Hot Dog stand to icream I had a blast walking through Bucktown and Wicker Park. I am not a huge fan of hot dogs nor do I like Chocolate, but when you take a bite of George's Chicago Style Hot Dog you can't help but savor every taste. And Hot Chocolate seriously needs to come to California...their hot chocolate was divine!!!!! And to put the cherry on top, Kent (our Guide) was fantastic! He knew absolutely everything from food to other great hot spots to architecture of the beautiful homes around the area. I definately will be visiting Chicago again soon and will hit up the other food tour and obviously request Kent as the guide. Two thumbs way way up! | ||||||

| I recommend going on the bucktown food tour. Our tour guide was very helpful and gave us great information on the history and political views of the area. I was really happy with all of the food choices and venues selected for the tour. GREAT! | ||||||
