| My husband and I really enjoyed this tour! Our tour leader was very informative and fun to boot! We learned so much about the city, the neighborhoods,and food! Lots of details were provided about the places we visited, and demonstrations and valuable information about the foods we ate..how healthy they were and why, how it was made, and it all tasted great. I would recommend this tour to any adult able to walk....we went on the Near North tour and plan on signing up for the Wicker park tour next! Kate was Great!!! | ||||||

| The history and architecture were fascinating. The shops were unique and intriguing. Not a lot of food along the way but that was ok. A hungry man might be disappointed to be tasting spices, oils and vinegars at two of the stops but seven tastings sounded like it would be too much food anyway. Our tour guide, Ariana was captivating and made it all a lot of fun. I would take other out-of-town visitors on the tour again. | ||||||

| This was the best experience of our trip to Chicago. We loved this tour! Kent was our guide and he was fantastic. He was so informative and knowledgable. Plus he made it fun! The places we visited were true Chicago places that you read about and never get to see. This section of Chicago is so packed with things to see and places to eat, that you could spend a great deal of time there and still not see it all. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour to anyone who likes to eat and sample new things, and also to anyone who enjoys walking and seeing the different types of architecture. I would definitely take another walking food tour on my next trip to Chicago.. These guys are great! | ||||||

| What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Our guide was knowledgable, interesting and engaging. We never would have thought to go to some of the stores, but can't wait to return. We anticipated tastings, but didn't realize just how much information we would get about the food and the neighborhoods. The only disappointment was not having time to make any purchases, but that just encourages us to return to the neighborhoods for shopping and eating. We also liked getting suggestions for other neighborhood restaurants to try. We would highly recommend this tour for tourist, but probably even more for locals. | ||||||

| Loved it, but the walk to the last stop was a bit long. Or maybe I was getting a bit tired by then. Nicki was a great tour guide, and I learned much about Chicago, food, and products. | ||||||

| We chose this tour on a whim after seeing an ad on the internet and it turned out to be a really good decision. Kent, our guide, took us to out-of-the way spots where we were able to sample a variety of regional foods. My 13-year old granddaughter had a great time and actually ate and enjoyed foods that we could never get her to touch at home! By the way, she ranked it as "almost as good as the Harry Potter exhibition" - a pretty good rating from someone her age!. Kent is also extremely knowledgeable about local history which made our walk through the neighborhood educational as well as delicious. This was a fun tour and we would definitely consider it again next time we're in Chicago. | ||||||

| We took the Near North tour on our first morning in Chicago, so that gave us several days to go back and make purchases.This is definitely the way to learn about new places and neighborhoods. When we go back, we'll take the other tour. Jessie was our tour leader. She was fun and informative. | ||||||

| Our guide was Jennifer and she was so well informed providing our group of 15 a lot of good information on architecture as well as food in a variety of neighborhoods. My friends and I were on our annual girl's weekend and Chicago was our destination. We all thoroughly enjoyed our 3 1/2 hour walking tour and were well fed along the way. There really is something for everyone to enjoy and we all highly recommend this tour. | ||||||

| This is definitely a must do for all Chicagoans and tourists. It was great to see the different neighborhoods up close and personal. The food was great and loved learning about diffrerent teas, oils, spices and their origins. Jennifer, our guide, was excellent -- very enhtusiastic, knowledgeable and the walking pace was just right! Keep up the great work! | ||||||

| The beginning (Ashkenaz) and end (Biacini?) were the best food parts of our tour. Otherwise, it was difficult to see where $42/person went. Nicky was an excellent guide, but I doubt that you paid her $60/hour for 3 hours On the inedible side, we enjoyed seeing Chicago neighbourhoods that we otherwise would not have visited | ||||||

| This was our first trip to Chicago and this tour allowed us to see a part of town that we probably wouldn't have visited otherwise. Our guide was charming and well-informed and the stops were varied and interesting. We particularly enjoyed the presentation on spices by the Spice House owner and the oil and vinegar tastings at Old Town Oil. We will definitely go on another Food Planet tour next time we visit Chicago. | ||||||

| Every thing about the tour was great - tour guide, places visted, architecture. I have a new appreciation of oil and vinegar. I recommended the tour to a relative who lives locally, and she plans to make a reservation. | ||||||
