| The information on the area was great, we could have handled even more on some of the buildings we passed. The food and information at the stores was well done and much appreciated. | ||||||

| I can hardly wait to come back to Chicago and try another walk - I believe Bucktown will be next. My daughter and I had so much fun and we learned so much! Exercise, food, education, information. Mind and body. Who could ask for anything more? Perfect combination for a perfect experience. I am telling all my friends! | ||||||

| We had a varied group, from all parts of the country, differing ages, a very enthusiastic guide. Our walk was a little difficult for the older people in the group, but the guide was very accommadating to their needs. A couple of the places I would never have gone in on my own, I glad I had the experiance. We were unlucky enough to have continuous rain thoughout our tour so the ponchos provided by the guide were much appreciated. I would recommend it to our friends and would not rule out going on it again the next time my husband and I are in Chicago. | ||||||

| Although our Food Tour was accompanied by "rain" and lots of it....it was totally awesome. Our guide Rebecca was great and I would highly recommend it to anyone visioting Chicago! | ||||||

| This tour was everything my husband and I had hoped for and more. The tour guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The tour took us to shops and neighborhoods we never would have explored on our own. The tasting samples along the way were excellent and we returned to some of the shops after the tour for more shopping! Despite the fact that there was torrential rain and we were soaked, we continued touring because each stop was more interesting than the next. I highly recommend this trip to everyone! | ||||||

| Tour leader, Jenny, knew her onions. The visits to the various food establishments added an unusual bent to a walking tour of an interesting district and the choice of these outlets was ideal. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending it. Rosie | ||||||

| We were looking to do something different in Chicago, and this tour was perfect. It's long (3+ hours) but worth it. Our tour guide was energetic and very knowledgeable. Food was great. | ||||||

| A mixed group of 8 friends met up from around the country and abroad to spend a very enjoyable 3 hours on this tour. The enthusiasm of the guide was infectious and her knowldege of both the food and the architecture added to the enjoyment. Several members of the group plan to take the tour again when they return to Chicago. | ||||||

| We recently took the Near North Food Tour and thouroughly enjoyed it. Our guide Kate was excellent and very knowledgeable not only on the food front but also the history of the area. All the stops were made extremely interesting with little talks on each and "try outs" everywhere. I dot want to spoil it for you but there were some GOOD things to eat all the way round but I would suggest you have a small breakfast 1st. Also GOOD walking shoes required as you are on you feet most of time and its some 3 hours. Be aware that you will be left at the last "port of call" and this may require making your own way back which in our case meant a cab Otherwise BOOK IT you will enjoy it M | ||||||

| This tour was so wonderful and our tour guide Kate was enthusiastic and knowledgable. I just wish we had been able to do this on our first day instead of our last. We'll do it again when we visit Chicago again. | ||||||

| Each restaurant or food store is chosen for it's uniqueness, taste, and enjoyablilty. I liked how they had specialty Iced Tea as the 2nd stop to keep us from being thirsty on our walk, and saved the heaviest item (stuffed pizza) for almost last. I also enjoyed tasting foods I would never have considered tasting before, like the spices, and the oil & vinegar shop. I highly recommend this tour for anyone and everyone, except young children (under 10), or those who would have trouble walking a couple of (very easy) miles. Bring a camera, there will be a lot you'll want to remember. The tour guide was very informative and pleasant. Have fun!!! | ||||||

| We enjoyed the tour very much. We are from the area and were aqauinted with some of the architectural discussion but the concept of a "food" oriented tour is very unique. We just wish there was more opportunity to taste from some of the great restaurants we passed rather than pizza and potato pancakes. | ||||||

| I went on the Chicago food/walking tour this past weekend and had a fabulous time! I have been spreading the word ever since to neighbors and friends, urging them to go! We had an excellent tour guide named Jen and she made it so much fun! I went with my husband, his 4 siblings and their spouses and it was unanimous that everyone had a BLAST! Along with getting great exercise, you get a lot of great food (and chocolate!) and you learn some really interesting facts about some of the neighborhoods in Chicago! There is another tour that just opened up in Bucktown and I am going to check it out for sure! It is definitely a great memory that my family and I will NEVER forget! | ||||||

| Emily was great, very informative and lots of fun, personable. What a neat thing, getting a walk in, seeing the sites of a neighborhood you may not have targeted for a walk and tasting treats along the way. We did go back the next day to buy some tea and oil and chocolate! We loved it and would do another! | ||||||
