| Our tour with Shane (tour guide) was wonderful! He was very insightful and knowledgeable when it came to the neighborhoods and foods on our tour. It was an exceptional value as well. We would definitely take one of your other neighborhood tours the next time we visit Chicago. | ||||||

| Nicki was our tour guide on 6-27-07 and did a wonderful job describing the local buildings and restaurants. The food was great. My wife and I had a great time. We would highly recommend this tour. | ||||||

| My wife and I enjoyed the walking and food tasting tour very much. The tour guide was very knowledgeable . The length of the tour was about right and not too long. We did walk back to our starting point, but probably should have gotten a cab, as we were tired when we got back to our car. I would recomend this tour. | ||||||

| Our guide Shawn was funny and enertaining. The food is good and there is a nice variety of food. You also meet people from other parts of the country while you walk and eat. There is alot of walking but you stop frequently. The walking was not a problem for anyone in our group but this tour is not for people in bad shape or that can't walk very far. Highly recommended if you like sampling foods. | ||||||

| This activity combined food, architecture, history and walking and added up to a great experience. I highly recommend this to someone who wants to learn more about Chicago neighborhoods and what makes them unique. The food shops are all interesting and the proprietors were very welcoming. I do want to note that this is a walking tour and there are some long stretches of walking between shops and neighborhoods. | ||||||

| We live in the suburbs of Chicago. We thought we knew everything. Well, we didn't. Who knew there was a Jewish deli on Rush Street? Our guide was great. He kept everything moving along. I don't want to say much more about where we stopped because that is the fun of it. Wear your walking shoes and enjoy yourself. | ||||||

| I highly recommend this tour. My wife and I enjoyed the tour very much. The guide, Niki, was up beat, energetic and very knowledgeable about all the neighborhoods. She did an excellent job of interacting with everyone and keeping the tour interesting. I am looking forward to going back to some of the places we visited. | ||||||

| Wow! This is the BEST way to see Chicago and sample some very good things! Our tour guide, Nikki, was so enthusiastic, we could have just been happy talking with her. Her knowledge of history and landmarks made our first Chicago visit a really positive one. The foods were very good and we actually returned to three of the shops on the tour in the next two days to shop and eat. I liked the small group we were in (only 5) and the generous amount of snacking we were permitted. This is the perfect way to see the North Side. I highly recommend it. Out of the seven different things we did in the 5 days we were in Chicago, this tour was my wife's #2 rated after the play, WICKED, and my #3 after WICKED and a Segway tour. Wow! | I grew up in Chicago and signed up for the Food Tour to please my wife. It was rainy, and a lot of walking, but our guide Nicki made it a throughly enjoyable experience of new places in Chicago and new eateries. We hope the Chicago Food Planet will offer other neighborhood food tours, for our next visit to the Windy City from the South. We highly recommend the Norht Side tour we experienced, and commend our guide for her knowledge and good care of us. | ||||||

| Our tour guide knew what she was talking about. She was experienced in her area having been a tour guide for 5+ years in Italy. She knew so much about Chicago and was able to share it with us. She was very personable and made me and my wife feel as if we were the only ones on the tour. I learned so much from her about Chicago and about the places that we stopped at on our tour. The foods were amazing but the entertainment was even better. At the end of the tour we mixed up our directions and ending up following the rest of the group to there stop when we need to go in the other directions. Our tour guidw was nice enough to take us in her car to catch the "L". She said she was going in that direction anyway but it was very helpful to us. Our tourguide more than made the tour and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour it was worth every penny i spent and them some. | ||||||
