| We loved the walking tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and the shops that we visited. The clerks at the shops were very friendly. And we loved the wide variety of sample foods. One caveat: We knew ahead of time that the tour would not end where it began. BUT we had no idea how really far away it was to be. In our tour, we finished about 45 minutes away from where we started! PLUS we had to walk another 30-some minutes to get back to our parked car. By the end of the day we were VERY tired. It might be better if the tour could somehow be planned to end where it began. | ||||||

| The tour had the perfect balance of food tasting, walking, and unique cultural information from the tour guide. We both were pleasantly full by the end of the tour, had acquired interesting knowledge on that area of Chicago, got a good 2 mile (leisurely) walk in, and are definitely recommending the tour to all of our friends/family! | ||||||

| The theme of our Chicago vacation this year was Shopping and Eating, and this was a good 3 hour combination of both. We enjoyed the variety of foods and food-related shops and went back to several of the shops after the tour to do some lingering shopping. We'll definitely go back to some of them again on future trips to Chicago. The cultural aspects of the tour were interesting and make the long walk go by quickly. Shane's a good tour guide. | ||||||

| If you haven't gone on this tour yet you are missing out. Being a Chicago Native I thought that I had visited nearly every restaurant Chicago has to offer. Little did I know that I was completely neglecting the near north side. This tour opened my eyes to a whole new world of top notch restaurants. I highly recommend this tour to anyone, even Chicago natives, that want to do something a little out of the ordinary and experience REAL Chicago food. | ||||||

| This is one of many walking tours I have been on and I have to say, this one, thus far has been the best. Shane (our tour guide) is extremely knowledgeable about the city of Chicago, and he is able to present the information in both a way that is fun and educational. Without the food, this tour is great. With the 7 tastings, this tour turns phenomenal. I am from New York and I plan on ordering from many of the places we visited via their websites - that is how great the shops were. The tour was perfectly paced and very well organized. During my next trip to Chicago I definitely plan on hitting up the places we stopped at during our tour, as well as the restaurants talked about as we walked past. And with the handout listing all of the restaurants and which train to take to get to each of them, this will be a cinch! I highly recommend this tour! | ||||||

| Shane was a great guide. He knew quite a bit about Chicago and the places we went by. I would say that the food we tasted was quite good but not very abundant. The 7 places we tried had interesting food. The Pizza place we stopped at had the best thin crust pizza I have ever had, sorry New York it even beat yours out. I would recommend this tour and I would go on it again. With the one warning be prepared to walk for 3+ hours with only a few stops in between. If you can do that then this tour is for you. | ||||||

| Very unique tour, great for tourists or local residents. My wife and I are locals and virtually everything we saw was new to us. The stops are great, the guide was very informative and we definitely learned about some great neighborhood secrets that we will make use of in the future. Very high recommendation!! | ||||||

| The walking and sightseeing tour was wonderful, but were'n't we promised food? Tasting a couple of chocolates doesn't consist of eating. I was hungry at the end of the tour. The name of the tour is deceiving. | ||||||

| One of the best tours I have ever taken! How can you beat touring the city of Chicago, eating great food, with a terrific guide, and get a little excercise as well! The tour guide was very knowledgable, and interacted well with the group. | ||||||

| I've been a resident of Chicago for nearly 20 years and I learned at least a dozen new things about the city and its architecture from this tour! Our guide did an excellent job and the food was delicious! Highly recommended! | ||||||

| We had a blast! My wife, my best friend and I expected a good time, but this blew us away. Well worth the money. The energy and knowledge of the tour guide was engaging and entertaining. This is the best way to see Chicago and some of its greatest little secrets - both cultural and culinary. The food was amazing and interesting, and the walk was beautiful and captivating. I regret moving out of the city moreso now than ever before. At the end of the tour we couldn't believe we had walked as far as we did and the time just flew by. Tourists and locals alike MUST TAKE THIS TOUR! P.S. - Not a bad way to meet people either. | ||||||

| My girlfreind and I really enjoyed this tour. The food was fantastic, and our tour guide did an excellent job of showing us unique parts of the city. Both of us were extremely suprised at how much information we recieved from our tour guide. It was much more than simply a food tasting tour. We both recommend taking this tour if you are in the Chicago area. One suggestion however, take the tour when you first arrive in the city, because you will definatly want to go back to some of the locations. | ||||||
