| This was my 4th or 5th visit to Chicago and I when I came the first time I went on a bus tour and lasted an hour and a half as it was such a nice summer day. So when I read about this walking tour I thought I would do something different than I usually do when I come to Chicago. I enjoyed the shops that they took us to and it was great going to the different neighbourhoods of Chicago. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. I would recommend it to anyone I know who would be coming to Chicago. | ||||||

| This was a great experience and a great way to see where the locals go. The tour included neighborhood points of interest including architecture, who lived where, and which restaurants were worth returning to. The tour guide was informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. The pace was quite comfortable and the exercise kept the guilt of the food consumption off one's mind. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something other than (or in addition to) the obligatory Chicago sights. | ||||||

| My wife and two young twenty something children did the walking tour and had a fabulous time! The food was wonderful, the tour guide shared information that included architectural, cultural, historical facts and oh yea, she talked about food too! We went into neighborhoods (really nice!) that we wouldn’t have ever seen on our own. I would do it again and whole heartedly recommend it to others. You do walk a significant amount, so GOOD shoes are a must. | ||||||

| Our Tour Guide (Nikki) was a terriffice moderator As far as calling it a food tour, I have to say that tasting oils and spices as two of the stops, really dosen't justify calling it a "Food Tour" However the 3 1/2 hours we spent walking was made very enjoyable by Nikki and seeing the architecture in the different neighborhoods was wonderful You really should change the name of the tour! | ||||||

| I arrived one day before from Spain to improve my English skills. I booked this tour by internet. It was easy and fast. The tourist guide was very professional. The group nice. All the places had a special flavor. (chocolates, oils and vinegars, teas and the famous pizza from Chicago.). This tour is something different. I recommend it. Concha | ||||||

| My wife and I enjoyed the walking tour, our guide was energetic and well spoken. We think for the amount of food that you get this is not really a food tour. The spice and oil shops were great, however, we could have gone in there for free tastings anyway. The cheese and crackers, nothing special, we can get this type of cheese at home. Fifteen minutes for Pizza was not long enough, perhaps you should end there and let us linger with a glass of wine. We did enjoy it, but would not really say it is a must do. | ||||||

| The food tour was very informative not only about the food we tasted, but also about the architecture and little known facts about Chicago. It was a most enjoyable afternoon. One note, though, if you have a van, SUV, or CRV and park in the lot next to the deli, you will be charged $5 extra. So instead of paying $12, you will pay $17. This is the in before 10 and out before 7 timeframe. This should be noted in the information given for the tours. | ||||||

| I wish we would have went on the first day in town because we didn't get a chance to go back to all the shops and cool places we passed along the way. We did our tour on the last day and we had a plane to catch. It was really fun and a great way to see neighborhoods that are not tourist traps. The food was great and the local merchants were pleasant and willingly to share their crafts. I highly recommend doing this tour. | ||||||

| Foodies and history buffs alike will enjoy this quick 3 hour tour of the Lincoln Park /Old Town neighborhoods. Yummy samples and interesting, informative comments make the tour fly by. We were the only threesome from the Chicago suburbs and we learned alot about the area. We cannot wait to go back and use our coupons! A great value! | ||||||

| I recommend this tour to anyone. Our tour guide was great. I loved seeing shops and restaurants that I would not have otherwise visited without this tour. My husband and I went back to some of the shops a couple of days after the tour because we liked them so much. | ||||||
