Food was great

Our tour guide could have been a little more enthusiastic, she seemed a little unsure of herself, maybe she is new. The food was great. Would maybe like something savory between sweets. We did both sweets together at beginning.

Adrienne, our tour guide was absolutely fabulous! She was professional, courteous, down-to earth, and always willing to answer all of our questions. Even though the Jewish establishments were closed due to the Passover holiday, Adrienne still provided us with a great variety food items to sample along with history and information about the lower east side. She even went out of her way to go to the residence on Ludlow St. where my parents lived when they immigrated to the US. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and all the food samples. It was so much more than expected and we didn't need to eat lunch. We highly recommend this tour and plan visit NYC again so we can go on another Food Tour. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Took a group of very sophisticated 14 year old girls on the tour for my daughter's birthday. Was a lot of fun and the history lessons coincided with what they were learning about in school. Wld definitely reccomend

Being a local of NY this was a great tour of the East End. We learned about NY and tasted some great food. It was nice to go local spots that are not crowded by tourists. These were hidden treasures. The guides were great too.

This was a nice way to spend a couple of hours on a Saturday, walking around an area we might not otherwise have walked around. Our tour guide was very pleasant and helpful and knew interesting historical facts about the area. The food was good and was more than enough -- everyone went away full. The tour we had included locals as well as tourists and everyone seemed to enjoy it.

Food only - No History or Cultural Insights

This tour was a food tour in which the group walked from place to place with no insights along the way regarding the history of the lower east side or the culture that makes it unique. It was simply eat, walk , eat, walk, eat... The lower east side has so much history it is a shame none of that was shared by the tour guide.

Our tour guide was awesome and so was the food! We had the best doughnut I have ever had and Souvlackis was amazing. I would definitely do a tour again and I would absolutely go back to the places we were taken!

The Greek place was outstanding. I never would have gone into Chelsea Market but for this tour - and it's awesome. Donut Plant was a nice because we didn't have to wait in line. Our tour guide was enthusiastic and friendly.

My friends and I really enjoyed our Lower East Side food tour. You get plenty of food on the tour, although if I had to make one slight recommendation, it'd be more history. The LES has such a rich history of immigration, I would have liked a little more of a tie-in with each dish. Still, I'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone.
