| This tour was awesome. I'm a chef and Brooklyn resident and took the tour to find out more about food in the Lower East Side. Our guide Nicole was informative and engaging; I learned about the culture of the neighborhood and all the great food finds the LES has to offer. I'd highly recommend the tour to locals and visitors looking to check out a cool area and sample delicious food. |

| From donuts (the best donut I have ever eaten) to cheese (learned about European family traditions) to the most interesting butcher I have ever listened to (spoke from his heart) - this was a great food tour. The guide was a three star chef, in her own right. We were visiting from California, our daughter is a CIA Greystone grad, so this tour was great for a different view of NYC. One of our friends we were visiting lives in the Lower East Side and had never been to the six places we visited. This was one of the highlights of our 4 day trip to Manhattan. |

| Our fearless leader, Nicole, did a lovely job. She was cheerful, enthusiastic and knowledgable. The walk was not strenuous -- just enough to be ready for the next tasty treat. We appreciated that the tour finished near the start point. |

| Did not like this tour at all. Food choices, order at which they are placed in the tour, and the quantities are definitely below expectations. I did the Greenwich village tour and believe me, it is worth every penny.
This one definitely needs some work to make it better.

| We loved the tour and found it very interesting filled with humor and history about the area and the food we were eating! It had a wide range of foods, from doughnuts (awesome!) to pickles...or rather pickled foods - I had a baby carrott, and it was spicy! We would definitely recommend this tour! |

| My husband and I had a wonderful time on the LES food tour. Our guide Nicole was thorough and enthusiastic. We loved the combination of the different shops we stopped at and enjoyed sampling all of the wonderful treats. We'd definitely take another tour again somewhere in the city. It's also worth mentioning that we have lived in the city for more than ten years, yet we still found it interesting to learn about a neighborhood that's in our back yard.

| Our tour guide was Jennifer. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for this tour made the experience perfect for us. In fact, she even remembered it was our 18th wedding anniversary that day. She made time for each tour member's questions and was ready to make sure we had a perfect experience.
I will use the tour company on my return trip to NYC.

| I've personally lived in new york for almost 7 years and have never had such an unique and fun experience. I had no idea all the little treasures City Food Tours showed us about the Lower East Side actually existed and I've been down there tons of times. Conrad, our guide, was a great from start to finish... He has a lot of personality and was creative in his way of teaching us about the neighborhood and the food we tasted, while evoking excitement about what else there was to come. I would def. recommend City Food Tours to all my friend and family. I actually am looking forward to doing the Philly tour when I go visit my parent this summer. I hope you enjoy it as much as me.. |
