Seller Description:
Chef, former Philly restaurateur and Penn Grad, Robert Weinberg, along with partner Eric, are well versed in all things food and Center City. They'll teach you about everything from tea leaves to tempering chocolate in this delicious Center City adventure.
Robert was a co-owner of the acclaimed restaurant, Beyond Measure, on Sansom St. during the mid-90's. He is active with the non-profit MANNA, which feeds homebound people with life-threatening illnesses, cooking in their kitchen part-time.
Eric has lived in the city for more than 11 years and has extensive teaching and tour-guide experience. He also completed a number of culinary classes at The Philadelphia Restaurant School.
