Seller Description:
Chef, former Philly restaurateur and Penn Grad, Robert Weinberg, along with fellow Tour Director Eric Matzke, are well versed in all things food and Center City. They'll teach you everything you want to know about Aphrodisiac foods in this delicious Center City adventure.
Robert was a co-owner of the acclaimed restaurant, Beyond Measure, on Sansom St. during the mid-90's. He is active with the non-profit MANNA, which feeds homebound people with life-threatening illnesses, cooking in their kitchen part-time.
Eric has lived in Philadelphia for more than 11 years and has extensive teaching and tour-guide experience. He also completed a number of culinary classes at The Philadelphia Restaurant School.

Activity Description
Treat yourself to a seductive yet light-hearted tasting adventure in the heart of University City, at one of Philadelphia's premier full-service student housing communities, The Stratum! This entertaining event will be led by Food Expert and Director of City Food Tours, Eric Matzke, and it will be hosted and sponsored by The Stratum.
During this 1.5 hour, fun-filled seated Guided Tasting, you will:
- Explore the gastronomic traditions of Aphrodisiac foods
- Tantalize your tastebuds with samples of artisanal and hand-crafted treats
- Learn all about the sexy science behind the foods that can get you in the mood
This program is a Tasting Adventure, not a full meal, so we recommend a light meal before the event.
