| I went on this tour with three other NYU students and one couple we met at the tour. With a very friendly and cheerful guide, we explored the corners of the smaller streets. From superb cheese in Little Italy to sweet exotic treats in Chinatown, I found new places that I had never been to. I do a lot of research on restaurants and I often come across only the really popular and touristy ones online. On this particular tour, not only did we follow the scenes from the Top Chef, we found new places we were not aware of. It was a great tour on a fine Saturday and I really enjoyed it! | ||||||

| I am a chef at a nearby restaurant and took the tour to get to know the neighborhood a bit better. The UWS is great --- the proximity of Central Park, the Natural History Museum, and the beautiful expanse of the Hudson River make it an ideal walking neighborhood.... and perfect for a food tour. The tour showed me that that these city blocks are an enclave of delicacies waiting to be discovered. Nicole, our guide, was very well informed and even provided a history of the neighborhood and the development of culture in the area. She was fun and upbeat, encouraged participation from the group, and provided in depth knowledge of the fine products we were sampling....amazing cookies, exciting wines, and decadent chocolate! | ||||||

| This tour was awesome. I'm a chef and Brooklyn resident and took the tour to find out more about food in the Lower East Side. Our guide Nicole was informative and engaging; I learned about the culture of the neighborhood and all the great food finds the LES has to offer. I'd highly recommend the tour to locals and visitors looking to check out a cool area and sample delicious food. | ||||||

| The food was very good and Laura was very knowledgeable and personable. Nice mix of foods. I especially liked the last stop, Ceci Celi. We lived in Europe for three years and we're always looking for a pastry shop that knows how to make a chocolate eclair the way it's made in Europe! | ||||||

| Nicole is an excellent tour guide, very informative and a joy to be around. Although the chocolates were very good, I actually liked the other desserts better. I'm not a big wine drinker so the wine tasting was just right for me. It was very cold the day we took the tour but the we didn't suffer from the cold since most of the stops are fairly close together. This tour takes place in a part of Manhattan that we have not spent any time in before so it was neat to learn and see a different area. | ||||||

| Eric was a very informative and made all his presentations very interesting. The tour was not like other tours we have taken but we enjoyed it immensely and will be looking for other City Food Tours. | ||||||

| not much of a tour, since we basically just moved around two streets. several stops with tasting though. however it didn't feel like we were all that welcome, weren't exactly invited inside the place whose food we tasted, but rather had to stand outside. the food was ok. the pizza place l'asso was great and the viatnameese deli too. | ||||||

| My daughter and I took this tour on a rainy afternoon. She has recently moved to New York and I was visiting from out of state. She saw it has a great opportunity to learn more about food opportunites in NYC. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. | ||||||

| I had a really good time on the Top Chef tour. Nicole, the guide, was fun and knowledgeable. We got a good overview of several different neighborhoods in downtown Manhattan. The tour made some great connections to the show, but was also fun for people interested in food and NYC. I particularly enjoyed walking through Chinatown and learning about the markets on Grand Street. And, of course, the cheese at DiPalo's! All in all it was a totally worthwhile experience. | ||||||

| My friend and I decided to take the City Food tour after my niece recommended it to me. We had a wonderful time. The person was very knowledge about cheese in general, all kinds of chocolates and 2 kinds of coffee. We even learned a few things on this trip. I would highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Phildelphia. When my husband and I return next year we are going to be taking the City Food Tour again. | ||||||

| Not only do you get to sample fine cheeses, chocolate etc., you get a nice walk of Old City. This is a perfect way to spend a few hours with a friend or love. Our guide Eric was informative and friendly! We made a night of it--did the tour on a Sat. afternoon and went to dinner and a comedy club after. It was a great day in the city. Highly recommend. | ||||||

| We enjoyed every aspect of this tour. Our guide, Robert, was as entertaining as he was knowledgeable. It was much more than a tasting; we learned a great deal about provenance, production, and flavor of cheese, chocolate, and coffee. We will definitely take this tour again when we are in the area. | ||||||
