New Orleans Culinary History Tours is dedicated to preserving and teaching a unique part of our nation's and this city's cultural heritage. Since its inception in 2004, the company has received some wonderful publicity including the Times-Picayune, Baton Rouge Advocate, Arizona Republic, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and London's Independent newspapers. The proprietor holds an M.A. in History and previously taught at Xavier University. All information presented is thorough and accurate. Our love of food and history made these tours possible as we strive to provide a fun and educational experience for visitors. We hope visitors gain an appreciation and understanding of the various historical influences that contributed to the development of New Orleans cuisine.
