Great guide, you get to see behind the scenes, a real experience of New Orleans history and culture. A very enjoyable walk through the French Quarter in a small group so lots of opportunity to ask questions and engage with others. |

We loved hearing about the resutaraunts history and it's impact on culture and cuisine.
The 4 hours just flew by . I really liked the rue making demonstration.
Our guide was genuinely interested in meeting our expectations, happy to answer questions. I forgot her name but she is a beautiful greyish haired woman in her 50's and very knowledgable. |

Our Tourist was very knowlegeble of the area and the food. She was very open to questions about other things related to New Orleans besides the food being born and raised in NOLA. All of the food was very good. Some reviews said they were full after the tour, but we were not. We needed to eat afterwards. We were very pleased with the tour and suggest it be taken by others. The culture and stories alone is worth it. Oh! Try the turtle soup! |

This was a perfect introduction to New Orleans and the history of the wonderful food there. We went to places you would never think existed from the front of the buildings and our guide had a great knowledge of the history of the city. It was a nice introduction to the city - which makes me love it even more than I did before! |

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the entire tour! We enjoyed that they incorporated a lot of the history of the town through the restaurants we visited and that it was all done while walking through the French Quarter, and all the food we sampled was great. Our guide, Dillon was very informative and fun! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting New Orleans. In fact, a frien who previously took this tour was who recommended it to me and I was very greateful she did. |

The tour was amazing! Delicious sampling of local cuisine while learning about the history and different cultures that make Cajun and Creole cuisine. Thanks to Candy, our tour guide, I now know the difference between the two. Bringing my mother next year and will definitely sign up for this tour. |

Renee was our guide. She was a fountain of knowledge. She gave us all the inside scoop about the heritage of the foods in New Orleans and the folks who started and maintained the restaurants. The food that we tasted was wonderful. In fact, the portions were so big we didn't choose to eat dinner that night because we were so full and satisfied. I would say that this tour was the highlight of my trip to New Orleans. Thank you so much for being there! |

My wife and I were visiting New Orleans for the first time. We learned a lot about New Orleans history and had some really tasty food along the way. Our tour guide, Dillon, was funny and knowledgeable. Well worth the money. |

I learned a lot about NOLA as well as culinary history of the inhabitants. The food was very good and I ate things I would never have eaten on my own (turtle soup!). The guide was very knowledgeable and quite personable. While I appreciated the historical and culinary information, I felt like there wasn't much food towards the beginning of the tour. As we moved on, there was more food, so if you are going to go on the tour just know that the food will come! It really was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend it. |

Our tour guide, Dylan, was excellent. Being a New Orleans native, as well as being well travelled and educated, he was well informed and communicated information to us in an interesting and entertaining way. The samples of food were small, but tasty and by the end of the tour our appetities were well satisfied. A definite thumbs up! |

We had a great tour guide....Dylan was fantastic! He gave us lots of information, was funny, and really great to talk with afterwards. I found that the 3 hours flew by, and by the end I had learned so much, and was full of great tasting delicacies from NOLA!! |

Our Tour leader was a lovely older lady who knew and was known by most of the local population. She had a lot of local knowledge and was able to tell us a lot about the various restaurants and the food we were sampling. It was a great way to spend the day |

We highly recommend this tour. Not only do you learn about the history of New Orleans and the French Quarter but also interesting historical facts about Creole & Cajun food. Our tour guide Renee was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and appeared to enjoy teaching the group and answering questions. The food was outstanding and in my opinion, more than just a small bite here and there. You do not need to eat lunch before you arrive if you have a late breakfast. The food is of excellent quality and creativity and you should be full by the end of the tour. |
