Annette made the tour very enjoyable with her historical antidotes about New Orleans culture and cuisine. The food samplings were delicious. Highly recommend! |

Candy was very entertaining during the tour. It was a great opportunity to sample foods at some of the best restaurants. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as there is walking involved. I wouldn't recommend this tour for younger children, but for everyone else it will be a great time. Also, there are good size portions served, but you should eat a snack in advance because these are sample sizes (this isn't a full meal). |

This is a great tour. We went into areas on the restaurants (like the kitchen!) we would never have experienced by simply eating there. The tour guide was knowledgeable and peasant. Loved it ! |

Michael, our tour guide, clearly loves his job and it shows. We got so much out of this tour in both delicious food and history. Food stops were outstanding and we really enjoyed touring Antoines and meeting the chef and seeing the Mardi Gras dress museum at Arnaud's. Cannot recommend this tour enough |

As a culinary history tour this certainly hit the high points of New Orleans cuisine from gumbo to pralines, but not necessarily in that order. It was interesting to walk through the kitchen at Antoine's. It was stated that there is enough sampling to be considered a late lunch but that was not my experience so I would suggest that participants have a light lunch. Elizabeth was an excellent guide but she left before we could reward her efforts. |

wasn't sure what food tour to take. Chose this one due to time of day. It was a very lucky choice. It was a nice variety of foods, we learned the history of the city and those restaurants. We walked to different parts of the French Quarter. It made me familiar and able to feel comfortable walking through the area during the remainder of our visit. Michael was a very engaging tour guide. Wasn't a little thrown off with the visit to a store Creole Delicacies, but the owner was delightful, we learned how to make Roux, tasted very flavorful rice and beans, Cajun dip and had the opportunity to ask questions. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a great New Orleans culinary experience. |

I think you need a guide that is more of a foodie. How can you walk right by Brennan's and not give it a mention at all. |
