| I thought that a longer tour would be better, however I'm not sure that was a good assumption. I found the tour interesting and informative, however there was too much time spent at Antione's in my opinion. This could have been becasue we were forced to work around a large party at Antione's on 03/17/09. I thought the best part of the tour was the roux demonstration. She was very good !!!
All in all a great tour and will be recommended, with a warning about the length.
Thanks, Karen and Beth |

| Randy provided an excellent tour of the French Quarter. He was informative and entertaining throughout. His choice of locations for tastings were great, and we were treated very well everywhere we went. We had some of the best Gumbo, Red Beans and Rice, Brisket, Mufaletta, and desserts we have ever had.
We had teenage girls with us, and they enjoyed the tour as well. Randy kept us moving, and we visited many different locations. The girls liked the tour of Antoine's, and all of its fancy dining rooms.
If you are looking for a very pleasant introduction to the French Quarter from a colorful and informed guide, this is a great tour to take. |

| 1. Enthusiastic tour guide...Randy B.
2. Lots of great history about the french quarter.
3. Great variety of foods and local cuisine.
We had a really fun time on this outing. We've been on several of the New Orleans tours and this was by far the best. Lots of good information was shared and a chance to see places we wouldn't be able to go. We were able to get french quarter history as well as see the inside of many famous restaurants. The history behind many of the restaurants was presented through our tour guide. Randy was loads of fun. We had a full belly when the tour was completed. |

| Fun, informative, tasty -- a success even on a somewhat rainy day! Behind-the-scenes observations and history with delicious food samples was just right to fill in gaps in our knowledge even on our 5th day of exploring the city. |

| Learned a great deal about the New Orleans and Louisiana culture in addition to the cuisine and its influences. At six different restaurants/shops sampled gumbo, pralines, rice and beans, a muffelata, rum cake, and brisket.
I highly recommend Randy Bibb as the tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, funny, and engaging. |

| We are New Orleans natives who moved away. We decided to take this tour because we had relatives recommend it. Even though it rained during our tour, we loved the 3 hours spent with Randy. The historic information was fascinating, and the "tastes" of New Orleans were delicious. We now have a better understanding and appreciation of New Orleans cuisine. |

| I have been to New Orleans before; however, I never experienced it like this before. I'm not a big food taster...the infomation given and the food that was provided for tasting was AMAZING. If you are like me and pick about what's in your food and someone is making you go...well, don't worry you will really enjoy the food and the history behind the food. God Bless! |

| Our guide was very informative and really knows her history of New Orleans and took us to some historic restaurants. We tasted some authentic cuisine and toured the inside of very old establishments in the French Quarter. The walking was very easy, slow pace and we were able to enjoy the architecture of each block. I would recommend this tour and for anyone who wants a crash course on New Orleans history and food. Our guide also gave us some good shopping tips for food items, cook books and sweets. |
