Great into to great food and history

We took this tour the first day we were in NO and it provided an excellent intro to the main reason we took this vacation - fantastic food and wonderful historical backgrounds that made the French Quarter the wonderful place it is. Got some great samples at a number of first quality restaurants and got into some parts of these restaurants that we wouldn't have been able to otherwise. We did get lucky in that my wife and I were the only people on the tour! Great way to get to kow the Quarter!

Very enjoyable walking tour through the French Quarter to taste and see many Famous N.O. restaurants where cuisine and history are embedded and a few upcoming places of fame. A delightful way to spend a lovely afternoon with treats at every stop! You will get to see many treasures in N.O. that you've only heard about.

Loved the tour! Got a nice variety of samples and insight into some New Orleans history. I like seeing all the special rooms at the fancy restaurants. Would have loved turtle soup sample at Brennan's, though. We went back and used all our coupons - a nice bonus from the tour.

Our tour guide was very courteous and knowledge. I have been to New Orleans about 10 times and this was truly a special tour. It really gave me a true "flavor" of the French Quarter and its cuisine. The places for our tastings were wonderful - some I have been to but others I hadn't and will now definitely make them a place to go and recommend. All in all a wonderful afternoon.

Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The tour guide was extremely informative, and the overall tour size (i.e. number of people) was perfect.

I thought the tour was well worth the time and money and was the highlight of my stay in New Orleans. The leader was exceptional - very informative, very pleasing personality. I really wasn't expecting so much tasting or I wouldn't have had lunch. My only suggestion would be a list of the places we visited and what they served us. By the end of the tour, there were a couple of places we wanted to go back to but couldn't remember where they were.

The tour was much more than I expected both in terms of variety and the number of stops we made. Although I have been to New Orleans many times, even living there for 7 years in the 70"s, this was a new and different experience. I especially enjoyed Antoine's tour and tasting.

I really enjoyed the culinary tour. Would even take it again. There was so much history information that I would like to hear it again to be able to remember more. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had so many wonderful food samples that I didn't even need to eat dinner!

This was a lot of fun! There was a lot of food, touring through the dining rooms you might not get to see otherwise was really awesome and the food was all delicious. A great way to sample a wide variety of New Orleans food. Defiantly very highly recommended.
