Our tour guide, Chef George, was excellent. He knows the history of the French Quarter and he is able to explain the culinary aspects of the tour very clearly. He has excellent contacts. We went back to several of the places we visited on the tour to eat or make additional purchases. |

This was a great tour with a lot of interesting information, not only about the food, but about New Orleans in general. Our guide Renee was a fantastic storyteller! The tastings along the way were the icing on the cake! |

Renee our Tour Guide was wonderful! She made everyone feel comfortable and had everyone introduce themselves she made us feel like a tight knit group. The tour was very informative with the history of the families that owned/ran the restaurants we visited. The food was good but not the star. I had a very good time and would book other tour if/when I came back to New Orleans. |

Our guide Candi was very knowledgeable. It was fun to try the different foods. It was nice to learn about the history of the French quarters, the people and the foods. It all really tied together. I would recommend this tour to any foodie. I would recommend to do it on one of your first days in town. I only wish it would have started an hour earlier. I understand why it different , due to resturant business. I had forgot about the time change and it was dark when we had finished. I was by myself, so getting back to the hotet by myself was not in my comfort level. I have already recommended this tour to my friends. |

I did this with 2 girlfriends while our husbands were at a conference. We had a wonderful time exploring all those restaurants and trying different foods. The only thing I would do differently is go at the beginning of our time there instead of near the end. Had so many places I wanted to go back to! Thanks for providing this very interesting tour! |

I was visiting friends in Nola who couldn't take the day off of work, so I decided to occupy myself with a tour for the afternoon. After much debate, I settled on this one -- and I'm glad I did. Informative, well-paced, and yummy. Thanks Chef George! |

Great tour, highly recommended. We sampled food I would normally not order from the menus. Very informative and fun. Not too long where you'd lose interest, and not too short where you don't get your moneys worth.....3 hours was perfect. After the tour, we went back to two of the restaurants and had regular meals at dinner and lunch. I'd go again and take friends. We even learned helpful cooking techniques so we could prepare the same dishes at home. So informative that at one location, we were given a personal email address just in case we wanted more cooking tips. Not your normal, structured, boring tour, but well worth the time and money......I would have paid double! |
