Excellent opportunity to explore the French Quarter & learn of his history in the development of fine exquisite cuisine.
Tour Guide was very well educated on the history of the area, was informative & made the tour lots of fun!
Our group of 3 couples who had met from across the U.S. for a vacation found this to be one of the best highlights of our time in the Big Easy!
We all ate the seafood on this tour & throughout our stay & have returned home in good health!
It's worth every penny as most, if not all, of the restuarants we visited are not ones any of us could afford nor would we have gone to them due to their expensive menus but this was a great way to get to sample their speciality dish which has made them famous around the world! |

Enjoyed this walking tour very much. Bill was a wealth of information about local architecture and history as well as our multiple restaurant stops on the culinary tour. It was a near-private tour with just two of us in the Friday afternoon group! I will certainly enjoy a longer future trip to New Orleans so there's time to patronize a few more of the respected establishments we visited... thanks again, this was a great overview! |

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Candy, our guide, was terrific; great fun, very knowledgeable and a natural charmer. We loved the inside look at so many of New Orleans' famous restaurants, and enjoyed the tastings they offered. The tour was led at a pleasant pace with plenty of time to enjoy the surroundings and take advantage of unique momentary surprises. The historical information was fascinating and enhanced our enjoyment of the region's food for our whole visit. We definitely learned a lot and would definitely recommend this tour. |

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. George, our guide, was very laid back but engaging and knowledgeable. We particularly appreciated the opportunity to tour the different dining rooms and kitchen at Antoine's, and the staff there seemed genuinely glad to accommodate us. The muffelina and gelato at LaDivina were superb and we returned there for breakfast the next morning. We experienced an afternoon thunderstorm and deluge, but that didn't dampen our spirits. I would recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys food, history, and having a good time. The only downside was the fact that we could not eat dinner that evening....we were too stuffed from all the wonderful samples. |

Our guide was very enthusiastic and we enjoyed the tour. Since our time in New Orleans was limited we enjoyed seeing the restaurants we did not have time to dine in. |
