Included important foods and restaurants. Very engaging information and anecdotes. Would have been nice to get a map or summary of the places we visited to make it easier to return later.

I highly recommend going on this tour, it's well worth the money and the time. Our tour guide Renee was great, very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about New Orleans. We must have stopped at a dozen or more places and ate around 8 or 9 samples of food. The food portions are great, more than one bite but not enough to fill you up which allows you to keep eating for 3 hours! You get to see a lot of the French Quarter and learn a couple things you probably didn't know...if you're on vacation in New Orleans I really recommend you take this tour!

This tour was the highlight of our stay in New Orleans. We enjoyed the knowledge and enthusiasm of our leader. She was awsome. The food was great and we loved it all. We went back to two of the restaurents for more the next day. Antoins was very intresting. Lots of history. We never had turtle soup before, very good. I would book another tour like this again. Definitely worth the time and money spent. Learned a lot about local cusine and the history of well known restaurants. Nicely paced. The food tastings were great!!

Our group enjoyed the culinary tour but had taken a walking tour of the garden district the day before and enjoyed this much more. Our guide was alright but we would have wished to hear from the actual chefs at a couple of these places. We did not like going in the little shed behind the gift shop where we tried red beans and rice. That just seemed kind of odd to us. I would recommend someone doing this tour at the start of a New Orleans trip to get an overview of the regional cuisine, but after we'd been in New Orleans several days, this trip wasn't quite what we'd expected.

My teenager children, husband and I enjoyed the tour. Tour offered very good food and history about New Orleans. We took the tour on our first full day and it helped us find our way around New Orleans. My children also enjoyed it very much. The gumbo at Antoines was the best we had!
