| The concept is great, and the samples were wonderful. The tour guide meant well, so I honestly feel bad saying this, but I would not recommend this tour. She was hard to follow, her stories were incomplete, and she had no presence at all. I would have left the tour early if I didn't know that there would be more food samples, which were good. The samples were tasty and generous, the actual presentation just needs to be completely reworked. |

| This is a must for anyone interested in food. Our tour guide, George, provided valuable information about how the history of the city relates to food. Meeting chefs, seeing different locations, and tasting the food was an experience we will never forget. |

| This tour is an interesting way to learn more about the established restaurants in the French Quarter in New Orleans. You have a chance to enter some restaurants to look around and a chance to sample food at others. It was enjoyable experience and our guide was very knowledgeable. As always, when talking to a group of people outside, particularly in the middle of the French Quarter festival, it's sometimes difficult to hear. As much information should be shared inside buildings, as possible. |

| We went to two culinary events while in New Orleans, loved both of them, but this one was the most enjoyable. Of all the things we did while there, this is the one we'll be raving about to our friends.
Randy was our tour guide and we thought he was terrific. His enthusiasm for what he does is infectious and we know we loved the tour a great deal due to his knowledge and willingness to share.
We'd do it again our next visit, that is how good it is.
As to whether there was enough to eat (it IS a sampling tour), at the end, we were very satisfied!! |

| Listen to the history of the city while you eat! I'm not a foodie or a history buff, but I loved both aspects of the tour. The only reason why I wouldn't "enthusiastically" recommend the tour is it is a lot of time standing. |

| The tour guide provided thorough information of the past, and how the differing flavors came to be in New Orleans. The food we were able to taste was excellent. We were happily surprised at the various places we were able to visit. We were stuffed by the time the tour was over. |

| MY HUSBAND AND I TOOK THE CULINARYHISTORY AND TASTING TOUR WHILE VISITING NO A FEW WEEKS AGO. WE HAVE SOMETHING SIMILAR TO THIS IN BOSTON (NORTH END) AND WE WERE INTERESTED IN LEARNING ABOUT THE DIFFERENT FOODS AND CULTURE OF NO. VERY INFORMATIVE; HAD A CHANCE TO VISIT RESTAURANTS WE MIGHT OTHERWISE NOT HAVE HAD THE TIME TO SEE AND TO TASTE SOME OF THE FLAVORS OF NO. I.E.. GUMBO, MUFFALATAS, PECAN TARTS. GUIDE WAS GREAT. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS TOUR ENOUGH! |
