| The concept is great, and the samples were wonderful. The tour guide meant well, so I honestly feel bad saying this, but I would not recommend this tour. She was hard to follow, her stories were incomplete, and she had no presence at all. I would have left the tour early if I didn't know that there would be more food samples, which were good. The samples were tasty and generous, the actual presentation just needs to be completely reworked. |

| Our tour guide was very courteous and knowledge. I have been to New Orleans about 10 times and this was truly a special tour. It really gave me a true "flavor" of the French Quarter and its cuisine. The places for our tastings were wonderful - some I have been to but others I hadn't and will now definitely make them a place to go and recommend.
All in all a wonderful afternoon. |

| This is a must for anyone interested in food. Our tour guide, George, provided valuable information about how the history of the city relates to food. Meeting chefs, seeing different locations, and tasting the food was an experience we will never forget. |

| Randy was a great tour guide . Very knowledgeable about not only the culinary history but the history of New Orleans as well. Very enthusiastic.
I would recommend this tour to anyone, even if they are not interested in food or cooking. Lot of good samples along the way. |

| This tour is an interesting way to learn more about the established restaurants in the French Quarter in New Orleans. You have a chance to enter some restaurants to look around and a chance to sample food at others. It was enjoyable experience and our guide was very knowledgeable. As always, when talking to a group of people outside, particularly in the middle of the French Quarter festival, it's sometimes difficult to hear. As much information should be shared inside buildings, as possible. |

| Ellen is an excellent historian who provided interesting stories as we walked throughout the French Quarter. The food we tasted was excellent and all the restaurant staff we met were extrememly friendly. Highly recommended! |

| The tour guide was well informed and very entertaining. Was a nice little tour through the French Quarter. No need to have lunch as the food samples filled you up!. The only suggestion would be to hand out a list of restaurants and stores visited at the end of the tour. If new in New Orleans, you might not remember where you were and would like to have that info. |

| We went to two culinary events while in New Orleans, loved both of them, but this one was the most enjoyable. Of all the things we did while there, this is the one we'll be raving about to our friends.
Randy was our tour guide and we thought he was terrific. His enthusiasm for what he does is infectious and we know we loved the tour a great deal due to his knowledge and willingness to share.
We'd do it again our next visit, that is how good it is.
As to whether there was enough to eat (it IS a sampling tour), at the end, we were very satisfied!! |

| Renee was our guide and she did a fantastic job of telling the history and special tidbits about the palces. The samples helped us decide where to make reservations to eat two evenings. We had two who coould not make the trip for medical reasons. I wish we could have gotten their money returned. |
