Zack made us feel welcome from the first moment - so personable and informative. The history we learned (my husband is a history buff and knew most of it before, but said Zack added some great details) was interesting. The food was yummy, eclectic and fresh. This adventure started off our 6 day trip to Baltimore and it was terrific. Zack also gave us some ideas of other places to go in Baltimore. Baltimore is a HOT town in many ways.

We enjoyed our guide, Zach. He provided history, local insight and plenty of humor. The food and beer was great. The restaurant owners & servers were welcoming and remembered us when we returned later. Great way to get a more "local" experience in a new city.

Our Fells Point tour with Sharen was a great introduction to Baltimore. I suspect that we would not have even know about Fells Point if we didn't take the food tour, but as a result of it, we spent most of our time there going back to several of the places on the tour. The total group was only 4 people, so it was like having a personal guide. The portions were large enough to get a good taste of the food, but we didn't leave the tour feeling overly stuffed. It was a great value for the price, and all of the stops were delicious. Sharen was awesome---very knowledgeable about the food and the area, and gave suggestions for how we could spend the weekend, and the best places to get certain types of food. I highly recommend this tour!

Had a great time! Bridget was our guide and she did a great job. She knew the area very well. There were 10 in our group and everyone enjoyed it. Felt like we all knew each other! Bridget had lots of information to share and made sure everyone was having fun. The food was great!! Well worth the $$. Tip----Don't eat before you go!

Nice tour for walkers and eaters

The tour started out on a bit of a down note with showing up at the meet point and the business was closed on Sunday and our guide was not there yet. We were to be there 15 minutes early for a prompt start, but were left wondering if we were at the right place. After the guide got there we did get moving and went to our first sampling of food. All the food was good, with some places being a little more upscale than others, but all were nice. All businesses welcomed us with warm greetings and were very gracious. Our guide was very charming and well informed of the area. I do recommend this tour, maybe not on a Sunday because many establishments are either closed or close early. Be sure to wear good walking shoes, too.

I would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone who likes food. We had Bridget on her first tour, and she was accompanied by an experienced guide named Sharon. They were both knowledgeable, but also had great personalities that made the tour not just informative, but a real lot of fun. It also helped that we had a fun and an enthusiastic group, but given the nature of the tour, I think it is difficult to not be enthusiastic about it! Not only did we get to eat a bunch of delicious food, but we got a bit of history about the Fell's Point area of Baltimore. It was a fantastic time.
