Overall, it was a fun experience. Some of the food options I could have done without but there was certainly a sufficient amount of food and it was spaced out fairly well. The guide was entertaining and knowledgeable, although some of the information struck us as a bit questionnable (e.g. based on rumors the guide had heard rather than factual). On the first food stop, it wasn't made clear that drinks were not included, so when the bill came it was a bit of a surprise; if additional costs may be a concern, it would pay to ask what is and is not included at each stop. Overall, it was a nice, unique type of activity for visiting guests. |

My husband and I went last Saturday during a weekend getaway in the Inner Harbor. We had never been to Fell's Point so we were getting a tour of the area as well trying the local the food. We went to 5 places I think, all had delicious food, there was beer involved at one place and a dessert course at the end! We got a little bit of history of the area during the tour too while we were walking. There were 12 people including us in the group, plus the tour guide Zack. Zack was really cool, fun and very friendly! I would highly recommend doing Fell's Point if only to hang out with Zack again. We were trying to get him to do tours of the other areas for when we return so we hope that happens! PLEASE do this tour if you visit Baltimore, you won't regret it :-) |

I took my husband to Balitmore for a weekend for his birthday and I found this food tour and though it might be different. We had a great time! Zach was a great tour guide and we learned a ton about the area's history and revitalization projects. The food was awesome and we wouldn't have been able to try all those places in just a weekend without the tour. We met another couple that were really nice and we went on with them the rest of the night. My husband loved it and we completely fell in love with Fell's Point. And thanks for showing us Hungry Andy's! We went back later for a midnight snack! We love Baltimore Pit Beef! |

Our guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and sprinkled a sense of humor into a tour that could have been dry and heavy on the historical education side. He selected good restaurants and the food was excellent. He recommended other restaurants to hit while we were in town and chatted with us afterwards. I would recommend this tour to others and would return for another one. |

Tour Guide: Our guide was very enthusiastic and happy to be there which was good. He knew a decent amount of history but was not able to answer everyone's questions as he is not from Baltimore. He talked a little too much about how he is engaged and how wonderful his fiancee is. It got to be somewhat annoying. The tour is supposed to be fun, but the guide should show some sort of professionalism. We don't care about you remodeling your house or when you will be getting married.
The Tour: The tour itself was a little too long and slow paced. Two hours would have been enough and it wasn't necessary to have a sit down (almost) meal at every stop. Having small samples of each food item ready for us and not having to necessarily go inside every restaurant would have allowed for more restaurants to be included. We sat down for at least twenty minutes at each stop and simply chatted which made it somewhat boring. |

We are three 65 year old female cousins, two foodies one history buff from NY, FL, & DE. Our tour guide was full of energy, knowledge, and funny. The restaruants were diverse in their offerings and all were worth going back to....... The tour gives the history of Fells Point as well as the current plans for development. With so many restaruants to choose from it was great to find out which ones were really good. We recomend this tour for locals as well as travelers. When we come back to Baltimore we are looking forward to doing the other tours. Thumbs Up. |
