My husband and I had a great time on this tour with Nick as our terrific guide. Learned a little about Baltimore and Fells point history and present day. Variety of food from elegant Tapas to Stuggy's Baltimore Dog to crab soup made it fun and worthwhile.

My mother and I recently went on this tour, and we were so happy that we did! Our tour guide, Michael, had enough energy for 20 people without being overwhelming or moving too quickly. He had incredible knowledge about the history of the area, and he made it a point to sit and talk with every person on the tour at one point or another. I have been on hundreds of tours (meeting hundreds of tour guides), as I used to work on cruise ships. Michael was one of the best tour guides I have ever come across, and the tour itself had really great, unique, varied and flavorful food. We will deinfitely be back to experience the other tours, and I would even love to do this one again. I also appreciated that at each stop, the staff at each restaurant were friendly and informative. Thank you for providing my mother and me with a wonderful afternoon.

Michael, our tour guide was fantastic! He was fun, funny & full of information. Other than the Pit Beef, none of the food seemed local or special to Baltimore. I would have preferred more information regarding the food in Baltimore, rather than the history of Fells Point. We ate plenty, but would have liked more drinks/alcohol included.

We met up with Zack (tour leader) and 4 other couples to explore Fells Pt. He really knew the areas history, culture and food! We had such a great time and are already looking forward to another neighborhood food tour!

Zack is a great tour-guide. He personally knows the people, businesses, the area and history. He makes the tour fun. We're looking forward to our next trip to BaltiMore and intend to take the Little Italy and the Federal Heights tours.

I did the tour with my husband, daughter, mother and father and we all thouroughly enjoyed all of the food we tasted and especially our guide Sharon - she was informative and entertaining and really made the tour enjoyable. I would definitely do another tour probably Littly Italy and request Sharon as our guide. Will recommend this to family and friends. Thank you, Doreen Eyring

Not a fan

I was not a fan of this tour. I have been on several food tours in different cities and this was my least favorite. I did not think the tour guide was that attentive or had the personality to conduct a tour. She seemed like a very nice person but did not seem to have the knowledge of the area that I enjoy hearing about on a tour. For most of the time the group was left to converse with each other rather than get any information from the tour guide. She seemed to be occupied texting and speaking with the restaurant staff to arrange future events. The food was OK but I thought that better examples of foods from the area should have been included.

A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING FOR THE PRICE
Sun, Aug 7, 11   3:00 PM awhardeman Female 40-49 Domestic Tourist(s) Family Without Children
The food selection was nice and each restaurant was delightful. However, I was thoroughly disappointed in the tour guides knowledge of the history of the city, its people, and the buildings we saw along the tour. The pace of the tour was fine, but she walked ahead of everyone and basically, we talked among ourselves along the route. There was really just a few tidbits shared about the food and sites along the tour. It was limited! I've been on many tours throughout the east coast and this was by far the worst. The tour guide was really nice and pleasant, but still not a tour I'd recommend to anyone for the price. When the tour was over, there was nothing memorable about it. We ended at the final stop instead of our original location, so we had to figure out where we were and find our way back to the car. I hope this review helps to improve the tour for others who truly want to see a fantastic city.

Had a great time! Bridget was our guide and she did a great job. She knew the area very well. There were 10 in our group and everyone enjoyed it. Felt like we all knew each other! Bridget had lots of information to share and made sure everyone was having fun. The food was great!! Well worth the $$. Tip----Don't eat before you go!
