| Our tour guide, Christine, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about Alexandria. She made us feel like we've known each other for years!! The food samples were interested and have good mixture of U.S. and international cuisine. Overall, it's a very good tour and we would like to see some change in the food sample according to different season. |

| Jeff and his crew have put together an absolutely fabulous program. A combination of restaurants that are hidden gems in Old Alexandria - all of them on side streets a visitor (even locals) would not easily find - and the most significant and historic landmarks (the steps where George Washington announced his presidency as one of many examples) make this a delectable and educational experience.
The guide is knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and relentlessly goes above and beyond to ensure his/her guests are well taken care of. The food portions are generous and you'll be surprised at Jeff's meticulously planned and timed menu offering a variety of local and international fare.
After taking the tour, the $50 admission seems like a steal. My girlfriend and I learned so much history and this tour was definitely one of the main highlights of our Virginia vacation. I was doubtful of the 100% satisfaction ratings on the site before the event; now I would give it 6 stars if available. Must try. |

| My wife and I travelled to Alexandria for the first time and this tour was certainly the highlight of our trip. As other reviewers have commented, it provides a great deal of history paired with a number of stops to varied restaurants. Not only is this a must see for tourists, but great for locals and business travelers, that can afford the time. The real treat was that the restaurants chosen, were varied and gems tucked just away from the mainstream tourist restaurants. The food and portions were perfect and worked seamlesly with the tour. Out tour guide, Christine, had an intimate knowledge of the history of Alexandria and provided a very pleasant pace for the day. I could not recommend this more highly. Bon Appétit! |

| I wasn't expecting to learn so much history on this tour. I thought it would be focused more on the food, but there was so much more brought into the tour. Jeff is amazingly knowledgeable about the history of Alexandria. The food-as expected was delicious and varied. |

| We were a group of colleagues visiting Washington DC on business. We had two extra days and decided to go on the food tour. We really enjoyed it and felt it was good value for money. The guide was good, spoke loud enough for all to hear and knew her stuff. The only two things that bothered me was that we did not have a lot of time to take pictures and that the tour ended a bit abruptly. We were left at the last stop with just a quick goodbye and directions back to the starting point. |

| We had such a fabulous afternoon learning about the rich history of Old Town and how our fore fathers spent their time creating a new life and government for the people. We especially enjoyed the local restaurants and specialty foods of the area. Each had a unique flare- very excellent tastes and service. We can't wait to go back to a few and try other menue items. The tour guides were top notch and well versed in the history and culture of the area. We highly recommend this tour for visitors and locals alike. |

| Our Food Tour of Old Alexandria was so much more than a food tour. We learned interesting history and tidbits about the neighborhood. Visited the church George Washington attended, visited the Torpedo Factory Archeological Museum, etc. Our Tour Guides were knowledgeable and charming. And the restaurants served an eccletic assortment of dishes, a nice variety. Certainly didn't need any dinner that night! |
