There was so much food I was full for the next four hours. I just wish the guide was able to bring out more conversation between the other guests. Meeting others was a perk of this tour. |

Without knowing the cuisine we would eat when I first booked, I was so pleased to learn we eat Indian, Greek, El Salvadorian cuisine, because without this food tour, I would not have been able to get my meat & potatos husband to try any of it. He loved all the food, but his favorite was the dessert by the American restaurant. Something about warm breadpudding w/ bourbon sauce and vanilla bean whipped cream left the entire tour with smiles across our faces! Our tour guide was awesome, she was just as excited about the food as the guests and she was so knowledgeable about the neighborhood's history. She was a real gem of a story teller during the neighborhood walking tour- love history!! The tour was closer to 4 hours. |

I took my 13-year-old niece on this tour and we had an amazing time. The food was great and our tour guide really knew her history of Alexandria as she had been working as a guide on that tour for several years. We stopped at four different local restaurants: one for appetizer, two for entrees, and one for dessert with a walking tour between each stop. The food was delicious--we were stuffed when we finished the tour--and although it was hot, we kept hydrated with plenty of ice water at the stops. |

The tour started out on a bit of a down note with showing up at the meet point and the business was closed on Sunday and our guide was not there yet. We were to be there 15 minutes early for a prompt start, but were left wondering if we were at the right place. After the guide got there we did get moving and went to our first sampling of food. All the food was good, with some places being a little more upscale than others, but all were nice. All businesses welcomed us with warm greetings and were very gracious. Our guide was very charming and well informed of the area. I do recommend this tour, maybe not on a Sunday because many establishments are either closed or close early. Be sure to wear good walking shoes, too. |

I would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone who likes food. We had Bridget on her first tour, and she was accompanied by an experienced guide named Sharon. They were both knowledgeable, but also had great personalities that made the tour not just informative, but a real lot of fun. It also helped that we had a fun and an enthusiastic group, but given the nature of the tour, I think it is difficult to not be enthusiastic about it! Not only did we get to eat a bunch of delicious food, but we got a bit of history about the Fell's Point area of Baltimore. It was a fantastic time. |

Alexandria is a gorgeous, historic site for a walking tour, and the 4 restaurants were wonderful. We had great food and generous portions. I was alone after attending a conference, and this was a perfect way to eat dinner with others in a small group, while viewing gorgeous architecture and scenery.
One comment: In your directions from the metro, I would stress that you have to allow 1/2 hour to walk from the metro station to the meeting point, in large print if possible. |

The tour guide - Christian - was excellent. He had a great personality, was very well informed, talkative, and just couldn't be better. The food and restaurants were wonderful - they were always ready for us, and the portions were large. The walk around Georgetown was gorgeous. This is such a fun thing to do when you are by yourself - I was at the end of a conference and wanted to spend time in Georgetown - so it was perfect to join a small group and eat 'dinner' with a group of people. Christian was great at socializing with everyone. |

I signed my husband and I up for this tour with some trepidation as I had never heard of this tour company. It ended up being the highlight of our trip. Our guide, Sharon, was very interesting and energetic. It was a wonderful blend of the history from the revolutionary period to present. The food was great too! Well worth the price. |

Our Tour Guide Mallory was very informative and personable. She had the knowledge of the area to answer our questions. The three restaurants all had very good food and beverages. Our final stop for coffee and dessert was a pleasant way to end the tour. It is a nice way to learn about an area while enjoying the local cuisine. |

Adam did a great job of keeping it interesting, informative and fun. This was our 5th food tour and we were so happy with the food selections. The portions were awesome and really gave a great tasting of each restaurant. Adam really made everyone on the tour feel important and really looked for our feedback. He really did a great job of having the group chat and mix well. Well done!!! |

We visited DC in June. We did the Alexandria Dine Around Tour. We really enjoyed the evening and the food, for the most part, was delicious. We learned so much more about the area than we would have ever learned without doing the tour. I would highly recommend this tour to others. |
