| You will learn so much about Hollywood and the crazy history that exists in this city - you can't make this stuff up!!! Scott is a tremendous tour guide. He's very knowledgable and loves his job. I highly recommend this tour! | ||||||

| Scott is an excellent tour guide. He knows his LA stuff and encourages conversation among his customers, always seeking more knowledge about the Dearly Departed locally and nationwide. We were morbidly fascinated, appalled and disgusted by his stories, but he was able to have us laughing moments later. Enjoy your tour! | ||||||

| We were a group of 13 family members from a city about 150 miles away. Scott is the perfect tour guide. He is soo polite, and treated me like royalty. He has so much information in his head that it just comes rolling out. Also a good sence of humor. I recommend this tour to anyone interested in Hollywoods "Dearly Departed". It was great. | ||||||

| We heard about this review through Mark and Brian on the radio, and knew we had to check it out. Scott was the nicest man, and he accommodated the tour to what ever we were interested in. he was so knowledgeable about the area and answered most of our questions before they were even asked! I cant wait to try all of his tours! | ||||||

| I've done this tour twice and I highly recommend it. This time I took a friend from London to show him an overview of Hollywood/West side and show him some good movie spots. He had a great time! The tour guide is very personable and has great stories to tell. The conversation throughout the tour is great and there is not a single slow moment in the 3 hours. | ||||||

| The tour was very comprehensive as we traveled through Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and surrounding cities. We were able to see many homes of famous personalities such as Lucille Ball, Frank Sinatra, Melanie Griffith and so many others. We visited many infamous sites as well like the Labianca home made infamous by Charles Manson, and the Black Dahlia murder told in gruesome detail. What was special about this tour was the very knowledgeable guide. It seemed as though he knew something special about every street we passed. My husband enjoyed the tour and recommend it to all, those looking for the glamorous side of tinsel town as well as the dark. | ||||||

| My husband and I really enjoyed the tour. Scott didn't just show us the sites, he explained each site, the event and history of it. He has a great sense of humor and personallity for this job. He truely made this a memorable outting for us. His driving around the city made me feel comfortable, he is a very good driver in traffic. I hope to go on more of his tours soon. Thanks | ||||||

| My wife and I woent on the tour and it was great, just as we hoped. I wondered how a 3 hour drive around hollywood would be entertaining but the tour guide did a great job telling stories and keeping us entertained with his humor. There was never more than 3 minutes where he didnt tell an interesting story. We definately recommend this tour for everyone, it may be a little edgy for little children. There was no children on our tour so it was ok by us. | ||||||

| This tour is great! The driver is extremely knowledeagble about the area and balances the dark subject matter with some light-hearted trivia. He shows you star homes that you can actually see, and historic sites around LA (with the pictures to prove it). Worth every penny. It would be nice if the van didn't have a roof though. | ||||||

| We found the brochure at the Kodak theatre, and then booked in for the next day. The tour was great! Scott, the driver extraordinaire, had an amazing wealth of information in his head. The tour was not just about the dark side of Hollywood, we also saw where some stars live, and other points of interest. I would have to say the Dearly Departed tour was a good value for the money, and thanks for having extremely clean windows in the van, as I got some great pics too! | ||||||

| Scott Michaels gives you the absolute best tour of Hollywood. He knows his stuff and its a great three-hours plus tour on all the nooks and crannies of Hollywood, Beverly Hills and more. I'm from New Jersey and I've been reading about and touring Los Angeles since 1981. I have taken more than 10 different tours over the years, and Scott's Dearly Departed Tour was by far the best I've been on. I saw neighborhoods I never knew existed. Plus he really knows where he's going and all his stories are 100 percent accurate and true (unlike some other tours I've been on). He even gives you a binder with photos so you can see more about what he's referring to at certain locations. Even wihen we made a rest stop, at a bathroom in Beverly Hills, he gives you a copy of a police report describing how George Michales got arrested coming out of that bathroom in 1998. He combines movie stars homes, rock and roll, scandal, murder, death and more in the tour. So many stories that we heard on the news over the years, Scott shows you exactly where it took place. The Manson murders, the newsstand where Paris Hiilton shoplifted her sex videotape. the corner where a drunk Lindsay Lohan hit some shrubs. There's a lot of tours to chose from when visiting Hollywood. " The Dearly Departed's Hollywood Tragical History Tour/" is by far the best. Thank you Scott Michaels for a great afternoon on your tour. | ||||||

| The dearly departed tour was very entertaining. We all enjoyed the ride around hollywood and loved seeing all the historical memories and some recent events. Our group felt it was worth every penny. We liked it so much that we will be going on another tour soon. (The Helter Skelter tour)... I rate this tour Highly recommended!!! | ||||||
