The Guide was Terrific. This was a Birthday Party for my 18 year old son and friends and was entertaining and informative. A really Cool thing to do instead of a movie. They even sang Happy Birthday...and a Marilyn Monroe recording sang a Special Happy Birthday. Very Fun...Very Recommended! for tourists..and Locals!

My wife and I booked this tour after seeing it on a local travel show in Australia and we weren't disappointed! We had a great time, our tour guide was nothing short of brilliant. He was very funny and knowledgeable, we were amazed at the information he provided. You can tell he loves his job, he was so enthusiastic and happy to be with us on the tour. It's really great to be with someone that truly enjoys their job. We were sorry the tour had to end, it was money well spent!

I had heard of this tour and had wanted to take it for a while. A couple of my co-workers had taken it and enjoyed it so we decided to take it together. We met our tour guide in front of Larry Edmonds Bookstore in Hollywood (a must see, especially if you are into Hollywood movie star biographies). Our tour guide was informative and entertaining and we went by many sites of the dark side of Hollywood, including the house where Lana Turner's daughter shot mobster Johnny Stompanato, the house where Natalie Wood and Robert Wagner resided, the apartment building where Jack Cassidy died, the apartment buidling where the Black Dahlia spent the last month of her life, the bungalow where John Belushi died and many others. It was hard to remember them all, even having took pictures of many of the sites. The one stop where you did get off the bus was at the park where George Michael was popped for indecent exposure. A great tour I would highly recommend to anyone fascinated with old Hollywood and it's dark side. We plan to do the Helter Skelter tour next!

I really enjoyed our 2.5 hour tour with Brian! First, the van was nice & clean. Everyone had a good view. Secondly Brian gave an amazing tour! Non-stop facts and entertainment. He was clearly more than a little obsessed with Hollywood history (dark or not), which led to a very enthusiastic tour. I enjoyed the every minute of the tour (even the bathroom break had some infamous history :) ). I highly recommend this tour for local LA types or someone from out of town. We saw celeb houses & learned a ton of history, why wouldn't you want to get both into one tour?

This is not your typical touristy, boring and faceless tour where someone reads from a script If you do one thing in Hollywood, do this. This is not just tour it's a great experience, it was fun from start to finish. Even though people came different places to do the tour our guide made sure everyone was included and it felt as if were on this journey together. Our guide was a wealth of knowledge of the accurate facts of the dark side of Hollywood's history, not only that he kept telling us know about places we passed and paused at. His passion, enthusiasm and energy is addictive and I could have listened to him all day. There were people on the bus that had done it before, and if ever I am able to return, I would definately to book this or one of their other tours. Thank you so much for the memories I will never forget and for introducing a Brit to Tootsie rolls.

A jam-packed 2 hours of death, scandal and worse. Tour guide was enthusiastic but, not in a wierd sort of a way. Great fun and very informative. Wish that it could have gone on all day. Thanks.
