Dearly Departed Tours

This is a DIFFERENT tour of Los Angeles, which can be enjoyed by a bored teenager or jaded LA traveler. Great way to see Hollywood and delved into the history of bizarre and well known lives of move stars. Personal narrated tour is enhanced with sounds and snippits of Hollywood. Passenger vans make this tour more personable and comfortable. Stops also give an opportunity for customers to stretch their legs and visit restrooms. Personal experience of narrator made it more interesting. He pointed out all kinds of sites and places giving his own experience.

Scott Michaels is the best tour guide for the true inside info in Hollywood.

This is the third time I've been out with Scott. It's like watching a fantastic movie that you want to see over and over again....he puts on a different show each outing and always keeps it fascinating and interesting. I hope to do it again next year. Everyone should take a Scott Michael's tour if they are going to Hollywood and want the inside story of the town.

I thought this tour was very good and offered lots of tid-bites of very interesting information from not only the Dearly Departed Hollywood Stars but also the ones who are still with us today. The tour-guide was easy to listen to, well informed, accommodating, and funny. The tour bus itself allowed customers nice views of the sights, a good sound system, and decent air-conditioning. My only slight complaint was that the leg-room on the tour bus (on certain seats) was a tad-bit cramped. All in all overall though, the whole tour was a lot of FUN.......Highly recommended! I loved it.

Our tourguide was knowledgable, professional, and committed to making sure that all of his customers got the most out of the tour and were comfortable. The theme of the tour might be a little dark for some, but for those of us who enjoy the offbeat and who have a good sense of humor, I recommend this it highly.

The guide, Scott, was extremely knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way for us.

My girlfriend and I would both highly recommend "Dearly Departed" Tour.We both were born and raised in the Los Angeles area and have driven around the city not knowing that some of the places we drive by are on this tour.We enjoyed our guide, Scott.He gave us alot of extra Hollywood scoop. UNUSAL PLACES AND INTERESTING LOCATIONS

ENJOYED LOOKING AT ALL THE HOMES, DIDNT KNOW ALL OF THE STARS, THOUGHT IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN BETTER TO INCORPORATE A FEW MORE CURRENT ONES, EVEN IF IT WAS TO JUST SHOW US WHERE THEY LIVED. LOVED OUR FUNNY TOUR DIRECTOR. WILL RECOMMEND TOUR

Always a winner, one of the best, detailed tours you can take. No one knows more nor more accurate info. than the guys at Dearly Departed. I never miss a round with them every time I am in town and have the spare time. Not like the "packaged" tours...much better!
