My daughter and I went hoping to see a whale, but saw so many that I lost count. And at least a hundred dolphin swimming right next to the boat. It was an amazing experience! One that I will never forget and she is 16 and hopefully will never forget it either. It was well worth the money! I would definitley recommend doing this if your at Dana Point.

My family and I went on the evening boat ride and we loved it. We could not say if good things about the tour. The captain and his mates were awesome. We saw hundreds of dolphin and 5 whale. We also saw many sea lions. We have been on many boat tours and this one has been by far the BEST!! The boat was very comfortable and the staff were great. They knew the every move of the whale and could tell us when we could get the best view of the fluke. It was awesome. You will not be disappointed!!

Amazing Experience!

My wife and I had a great time on this tour. We stayed at the bow of the ship (Dana Pride) and were able to catch several sightings of Blue Whales and pods of Common Dolphin. The onboard naturalist did an excellent job of describing what to look for, and in describing the animals themselves. The crew took their time and made sure we had memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Large waves

We went during a time when there was warnings for high waves. Was kind of like being on a rollercoaster for 2 hours. I wish we would have seen dolphins, but the whales were very fun to watch.

The staff was great, The boat was great. The dolphins and whales were so beautiful, it almost made me cry.We had a really good time.

This is the first time for whale watching for my wife and I. I really did not know what to expect since it was out of whale migration season. This was definitely the best part of our vacation. Expecting only 1 or 2 whale sighting, the crew explained how unusual our trip was. We saw 10 or more whales and some very playful dolphins. I have the pictures to prove. A great experience!

The captain was great at finding whales and informing us about them. We saw 6 or 7 blue whales!

While the boat ride is OK.....the activity should be called "Dolphin watching" not Wale Watching.....if you happen to see a wale well does great......2 hrs of not much to see other than your occassional dolphin....
