| I decided to take my mom, and my visiting aunt and grandma from Russia on this evening whale watching boat ride. It was a fabulous deal, for $14.50 (which is a Tuesday half price special) we got to witness a beautiful ocean for 2 hrs. We didn't get to see the whales unfortunately, but we saw a family of dolphins playing around with the boat as well a group of sea-lions. The ship staff was extremely friendly and helpful in pointing out the sea life. The captain was able to tell us knowledgeably about everything that we saw during our cruise. All in all a beautiful experience! But I love the ocean, so I am biased... |

| Overall this tour is a great experience. The view is amazing. The crew was friendly. We didn't see any whales, I guess they are more likely from November to March. We did see some dolphins which was fun. If you can get a deal on the tickets by going mid week then it is really worth the money, even if you don't see a lot of ocean life. |

| We were nervous at first, Dana Point was one of the cheapest charters in the area. The experiance was definitly more than we expected. Thanks to a great crew and the help and attitude they gave. When we return I won't even bother looking for another deal, I'm headed for Dana Point! |

| We had a great time. Our tour left on time and the crew was very courteous. We saw sea lions and many dolphins up close. On the way back to the harbor we were getting a little disappointed over not seeing any blue whales and then all of a sudden we saw about 7-10 blue whales. We definitely plan to come back during grey whale season. |

| We saw whales!
It was obvious our captain was knowledgeable and interested - did much more than just "drive the boat" . You can never be guaranteed a sighting - but regardless you will learn quite a bit |

| Teh crew was a lot of fun and we saw a lot of dolphins. Cold Beverages. This isa trip for all ages. Looking forward to going again! |

| Great staff, very educated and friendly. Didnt see any whales, probably because of the time of year but saw lots of dolphins. Didnt matter because we had a blast! wanted to do it again the next day! Highly reccomend. |
