| I decided to take my mom, and my visiting aunt and grandma from Russia on this evening whale watching boat ride. It was a fabulous deal, for $14.50 (which is a Tuesday half price special) we got to witness a beautiful ocean for 2 hrs. We didn't get to see the whales unfortunately, but we saw a family of dolphins playing around with the boat as well a group of sea-lions. The ship staff was extremely friendly and helpful in pointing out the sea life. The captain was able to tell us knowledgeably about everything that we saw during our cruise. All in all a beautiful experience! But I love the ocean, so I am biased... |

| The whale watching adventure was a huge success - we saw dolphins, sea lions, a sun fish and yes, a whale. I especially appreciated the captain's knowledge of the sea life. I will recommend this to my friends. Thank you for such a great time. |

| This trip was fun. I recommend to take your own snacks and drinks. Get there at least 20 min early to get in line so you can choose where to sit or stand. Take comfortable shoes and a jacket/sweater even on hot days as it is cooler out on the ocean. My boyfriend and I had a good time. We went on the boat ride, saw a bunch of dolphins and like 5 seconds of a whale (don't expect to see them "free willy" status) , and then went to a Caribbean restaurant in Laguna Beach to go along with the theme of the date =). We really enjoyed ourselves. This activity would also be good as a family trip with kids. Have them do some research/activities about sea life before (dolphins, whales, birds, seals, etc) and have them share what they know about the specific animal when they spot it. It could be very educational and/or just plain fun. |

| This whale watching trip short changes to the max. They say if you dont see anything you will get another ticket to go out another time, however if you see ONE dolphin and nothing else, they will not refund you. We saw some dolphins and I guess that was better than not seeing anything at all however my group was very disappointed in the experience overall and will not use this company ever again. I would not reccommend unless you want to pay for a 2 1/2 hour standing boat ride only to see nothing. In my book I would give it half of a star out of ten. |

| I have lived in San Clemente for the last 27 years and have gone fishing out of Dana Point since the mid 70's. I was absolutely surprised to see Whales in Late June in local waters! What a terrific experience, I thought whales were only around in migration season |

| We had a good time during this short cruise. I didn't expect to see any whales as it's not the high season for whale watching. We were able to follow two blue whales and enjoyed the captain's exclamations of 'thar she blows!'. we also so 10+ dolphins and were delighted when they would ride up along side the boat.
Overall a good trip. |
