| We enjoyed our trip on the Catamaran. I believe the boat is fairly new and it showed. The guys running the tour were nice and made every effort to make the trip worthwhile. A whale had been spotted in the area, but it did not show itself on our trip. We did see plenty of dolphins, which were quite entertaining. We went with the expectation of only seeing water, so spotting anything was a bonus. We happened to be passing through on half price Tuesday, and it was definitely worth that. I would probably hesitate at the full price, but there are not many opportunities to get on the ocean in central Illinois! |

| We had a wonderful time on the cruise. I especially loved the fact that there were not so many people on board - everyone could get right on the railing to see the whales and dolphins. Our captain was great - he did a fantastic job finding whales and dolphins for us to view as well as providing us with interesting narration. I am looking forward to another trip in the near future! |

| All you could ask for and more..saw whales and dolphins. Nice crew, they stayed out longer than the schedualed time. Great. |

| We took the catamaran boat for our whate watching experience. It was awesome! Weather was cold but clear, water was calm, boat was comfortable and offered both indoor and outdoor seating and/or standing. We saw whales on 4 different occasions during the 2 hour trip, however, they were very elusive, and did not like the boats approaching, so they stayed very quiet and did not exhale in a way that would allow us to see the big spray from their blowhole. Instead, they would come up to the surface, quietly exhale, then go back down again -- so, you only got to see a small part of the top of them, and just for a quick second or two. It was still really neat to observe. The dolphins were incredible though! There were hundreds of them, and they loved to play in the wakes of the boat. They were so much fun to watch! We also got to check out the seals on our way back to the dock. All in all, it was a great experience, and I would definitly do it again! :) |

| We spotted hundreds of dolphins and followed a Blue Whale for several breathing cycles. The marine expert was helpful and answered all of our questions. We got some fantastic pictures and the kids really enjoyed the trip. |

| This is one of the worst experiences that I had. The customer service received at this place was by far one of the most horrid situations. I got passed from person to person and each time had to retell a story and then got accused and blamed myself for a mistake on their end that they refused to acknowledge. The sad part is that I had proof in my hands, had an extensive call record with details, but there was still a lack of wanting to even look at this. Bringing a group of eager students from a university, this was an exciting trip and we had to buy tickets ahead of time. Because of mistakes on the company's end, we are now out several hundred dollars and they still refuse to acknowledge their mistake and work with us. Now I'm in the process of trying to work through legal means to get our money back and try to move on from one of the worst situations of customer service and organization that I have ever seen!!! |

| The cruise was everything we had hoped for, except someone forgot to tell the whales of our rondavue point., HA! Never the less, it was very enjoyable, & relaxing.
We intend to book another cruise on our next trip. |

| As Visitors from Scotland watching a Blue whale was just fantastic. The skipper of the boat had to work his socks off to find the whale but the long wait was well worth it, The commentery from the marine biologist was an added feature of the trip.
This was a real highlight of our vacation.
Comfortable boat and good staff.
Well worth the money!! |
