the boat was clean and the captain and crew were very informative on whales and other sea life. we were fortunate to see blue whales and dolphins on this Saturday afternoon trip. we will be back again.

Whale worniaatching in Calif

When on the whale watching tour from Dana Point CA saw two blue whales and had a great time. The captain was very knowledgeable and informative. Would go again if I had the chance. Kids loved it also.

"Better than Sea World"

We took our two grandchildren, ages 5 and 6, on the two hour tour. It was outstanding. We had three whale sitings, hundreds of dolphins, a California Sea Lion and jelly fish. Our granddaughter enthusiastically said, "This is better than Sea World!!!" Of course, we agree wholeheartedly. A couple of young passengers were dealing with a little nausea. I think staying in the fresh air helps that.

Dolphin Mega Pod

We were in the midst of a wonderful dolphin mega pod of 5000 to 6000! You never know what you will see in nature: we hoped to see a blue whale but instead were entertained by this amazing group!

Good trip for a family

Good discount on the website. Parking is tight - give yourself time to find a parking spot. We saw lots of dolphins, sea lions, a big fish but no whales - no one can promise whales. The captain was very knowledgeable but sometimes talked too much.

Whale of a day (without whales)

While it was disappointing we had no whales on this trip, the Common and Bottlenose dolphins were in abundance and great to watch. The crew were very pleasant and kept us updated to what to watch for and what we might see. We were fortunate to have an individual on board very informed of marine information and were able to talk with him about many things. Looking forward to another trip in the future.

Enjoyable time at sea

This is a very fun way to spend the day. We had two hours at sea and saw sea lions and a lot of dolphins. We did not see any whales, but that did not matter. The captin is wonderful and tells you everything you need to know. The boat is not crowded so everyone can see well. The seas were calm and there were plenty of opportunities for pictures.

I was torn between the $32 and $42 whale watch at first...turns out the extra $10 IS THE WAY TO GO, it gets you a much less crowded boat, room to roam, a great ride and the crew was fantastic...we didn't see but one minor whale, however they met their guarantee, and we all got free passes to come back again (no expire date)...real customer service!!
