Reel Fun is disgrace for family activities

| Dear Sir/Madam,
The above mentioned trip which was advertised as a fishing trip where children can join in for free (at the 12.45 time) is certainly not suitable for children if the Reel Fun is used.
There is no shade, no seating, the food was severly under cooked and it's certainly not geared towards providing an enjoyable experience for children. We were lucky as most of the time my children were asleep.
It is only geared for fishing enthusiasts who don't mind the above mentioned lack of comfort. However, since the same price is charged for this boat as all other boats that address and provide the items lacking, the Reel Fun should either be retired, or not be used for family trips at all, and the ticket price for those individuals who want to use this boat should drastically be reduced.

| We were on the Reel Fun 1/2 day fishing on Saturday June 20, 2009. We had a great time. The guys on the boat helped all of us that needed help. Very attentive to our needs. We were a family of six. Ages 17 yrs old - 45.
Caught several fish. We will be back!! Very fun day!! |

| Had a very enjoyable afternoon of fishing and the deckhands were very helpful. If you got hung up, they would help you get free. And if you broke a line they would get you re-rigged and fishing again. When you caught a fish, they would help you get it un-hooked and measure it to see if it was a keeper, if not they would throw it back or if it was, put in your sack. It was also nice that they would clean and bag your fish as we returned to port. All in all, a very enjoyable afernoon of fishing.

| Deck hands were great! But the boat was too crowded to enjoy fishing. I would recommend a higher price per person and reduce the amount of anglers! |

| I had a very good experience using Zerve & a great time at Dana Wharf.
The staff was very helpful and I will be planning another trip with them. |

| My husband, grandson and myself had a great time even thou we didn't bring any fish home, we had to throw two back because of being under size, we all ejoyed the day. And the crew was great ready to help when they could. We will do it again. |

| I took my 5 year old son fishing for the first time on this trip. While we both had a good time together and we were able to bond in a way that we have not before, the one thing that lacked was the fish. They were not bitting that day. I wish you could predict the fish bitting but you can't. All in all we enjoyed our day together and we will be doing it again and hopefully the fish decided to show up. |

| The entire operation ran very smoothly and the staff was very fun and professional. The boat was clean and we were taken to many different fishing areas. We also rotated our fishing positions on the boat as to have as many different views and possibilities. My only negative comment was the boat was at full capacity which I found to be a bit crowded and line tangling was inevitable. Otherwise a perfectly fun time! |

| We participated in the 1/2 trip from 12-5pm and unfortuanetly it was an uneventful day. We had a group of about 9 in our party out of 25 total on the boat and the fishing was very poor. The boat seemed to cater to the everyday locals that had special tackle that allowed them to fish near the surface in the large kelp beds we were parked next too. The 3 fish that were caught (Small bass) in the 5 hour trip were caught by these locals using their specialized tackle. The other 95% of the boat was using pole/tackle rentals and forced to fish off the bottom catching absolutely nothing.
At least we got 5 hours of sun. |
