| I was disappointed in that the fishing was poor and I thought that at those spots where we encountered seals and sel lions that we ought to have moved, for my experience, althought it is alaska, tells me that when you are in the company of seals and sea lions, the fish are no where to be found.
As a newcomer to your area, it would also have helped perhaps to give us an idea of where you were going to fish.
You cant do much about those days when the fishing is poor, so take my thought with a grain of salt.

| This was my first time ever at deep sea fishing. The crew where encougaging and reassuring. I caught four fish, threw 3 back and enjoyed one for dinner, with leftovers to freeze. It was a very fun experience and I recommend it. |

| The wife and I went on the half day trip in the middle of september. The crew was extremely helpful and the trip was a blast. Good fun for everyone involved and un-like everything else in california they did not nickle and dime you to death. Next time we are in the L.A. area we will go out again and maybe an even longer trip. Capt. and crew of the Clemente you guys Rock.

| My friends and I do a half day trip once a year. We always have a very memorable time and would reccomend it to anyone! |

| The stuff working on the boat gave us a great help.
But the fishing rod we rented from the shop did not work very well, so we didnt have any nice catch, I was wondering if I can get the refoun for the rental fee.
Otherwise I have to bring my fishing rod . |

| My boyfriend and I had a great time on the 1/2 day trip which was at 6:30am. By the time the boat got live bait, it didn't actually leave until just after 7am though. The deckhands were extremely nice and helpful. There were alot of bites from fish, but my opinion is alot of the live bait was too large because the fish would bite the bodies off the bait, and leave the head.
The fish that we caught were not too many and they were not large enough to keep. I had my hopes up that we would catch much larger fish. I also though we would go farther out.
I would recommend this trip to others, we had a great time despite not bringing any fish home. I would try the 3/4 day next time. |
