I would highly recommend the evening cruise. There is nothing like it! The crew was amazing, they were all very respectful and knowledgeable. Watch the sun go down as you fish for sea bass...who could ask for more? Definitely going to do this again!

Crew is great, captain found good spots where fish were biting.. Took 10lbs of bass with us! Highly reccomend the wharf... Go on a longer trip!

Great family fishing trip

The crew was helpful. The captain helped my 8 year old fly catch a couple of bass and it made his day. We went home with 9 fish and we all had a great time on the Reel Fun! We had seven people aged 8, 11, 23, 25, 27, 47, and 49.

This was my first time ever deep-sea fishing, though my husband had gone before. I had a blast! I would have liked the boat to move one more time, since everything that was being caught for the first hour had to be thrown back. Getting up at 3am to make it to the pier was totally worth it. I can't wait to go buy my own reel & rod and do this again! Our deckhand Marcus and the captain (aboard Sum Fun) were awesome and very knowledgeable and helpful. I was finally starting to get the hang of it when we had to sail back in... next time I'm going for a 3/4 day! :)

What was supposed to be a five hour excursion turned into four hours of choppy waters and people getting sick all over the boat. My son caught a good sized barracuda, and was thrilled. Thought it was a good experience for the money. The Dana Wharf shop made it easy to get fishing equipment and license in one convenient place. Would definitely recommend the trip, and would love to do it again!
