| The crew was gracious and knowledgeable. The trip was fantastic. So much better than going to a zoo or aquarium. You get to witness these majestic animals in their natural, wild, and free environment and you get a super cool boat trip too. |

| While it was a beautiful day at sea and we saw many beautiful pods of dolphins, no whales were to be found. We waited too late in the season (Mar 1) so missed the south whales and too early for the north. The out-of-towners were all disappointed. I've been on no-whale trips before, but the captain and crew were able to make the trip entertaining with great information and attitude. Not this trip. I recommend the large catamaran vs. a cruiser like the Dana Pride. |

| Another boat let our captain know the siting of a whale and he was able to go full speed ahead and found the whale in question. We followed it for some time. We also saw sea lions and dolphins.
In addition, the food was great along with a cocktail bar. It was a beautiful sunny California day. What more can anyone ask for! |

| we did the two hour trip and if you have nice weather like we did this is a phantastic activity. The only reason I didn't give 5***** is because we didn't get to see a whale but that's just nature. In return we got to see lots and lots of dolphins up close. We went on the boat not the cat and the guy below making the burgers and drinks totally rocks. If you're lucky enough to actually see a whale this will make one of the greatest days of your life! |

| We enjoyed the whale watching. The boat was professionally maintained and run. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is that it was too crowded. Very difficult to move around on deck. |

| It was a clean boat...even the restroom was clean---thank you!
The captain gave information on the wildlife we saw, which was great and kept us updated on the plan of action. It's good to be informed and not just drifting and wondering.
The cashier in the shop on land was very friendly and the entire process was very organized.
I highly recommend this trip! |

| The weather was great, warm and sunny, but it was late in the season for the southerly migration and not really ready for the return north, so expectation was not high. After only 10 minutes at sea the skipper spotted a grey whale heading south and got us close by, without spooking the whale. It was wonderful to see it close up. We will certainly go again and now we are better informed as to times etc. we will choose a better time to view and probably take a longer trip. Thanks to the operators |

| One of the nicest features about this trip is the opportunity to view the beautiful area of the South Coast of Orange County. The homes, beaches and views are spectacular. Rivals anything you can see anywhere in the world. I consider the sighting of the whales just "frosting on the cake".
The boat is clean and comfortable, the crew very knowledgeable and the ease of finding the wharf, parking and access to the boat were ideal.
My only suggestion would be to cover a larger area when whale spotting is slow, and to look for more schools of the various species of dolphins that inhabit the area, as these species are exciting to watch. |

| This was our first time whalewatching with Dana Wharf. It was a smaller boat than on previous trips and that was a plus. The boat was clean, the crew was friendly and informative. We didn't have to go to far out before we began to follow a whale. On the return trip we spotted 4-5 more. We all had a good time. |
