Enjoyed the cruise. Boat was nice, not overly crowded. Crew was pleasant and mingled, sharing information about the dolphins. The captain knew exactly where to go for us to see a huge group of several hundred dolphins. Great knowledge of the waters & the wildlife.

I scoured the website to get up to date info about the recent whale sightings so that I could make an informed decision about booking this activity but I found none, and when i tried to call I was only able to reach the Zerve service...which was no service to me.

Disappointed that we didn't see any whales

We went whale watching on a beautiful Sat. morning at 8:00. It was nippy, but clear as a bell. The man that narrarated the trip on the loud speaker was quite informative. We saw several pods of dophins going through the water which was fun to see. However, the closest we came to seeing a whale was a few bubbles on the surface of the water. I guess a whale was swimming in the area, but too lazy to surface, so we could see him. Since we got a discounted price on the trip, we definitely felt it was worth the money.

...we saw plenty of dolphins and other wild life! The views of the coast from the water are breath-taking. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. I would take another tour with this company in hopes of seeing whales!

When you take trips like this you never know for sure if you will actually see marine life. I've been on the trip twice now and have had the pleasure of seeing whales, dolphins and sea otters each time. The crew is very knowledgable and friendly. This makes a great date as well. You have time to converse in the galley and also see some great views.

We are 10 friends that belong to the Red Hat Society. This was our February outing (2/25/12) - two days after the large group of dolphins were spotted. We did not see any dolphin but we did find a grey whale and followed him for about an hour. The crew of the boat were very informative, helpful and a lot of fun. We had been on a whale watching tour out of Santa Barbara last September and the crew was a dud compared to the crew we had on Saturday.
