| We had a great time on our whalewatching tour. We saw many dolphins and two gray whales. Just being out on the water was fun. The crew provided lots of information about the animals we saw, including sea lions, and made the trip very enjoyable. | ||||||

| My husband and I recieved this trip as a Christmas gift from our children. I have never seen whales in the wild and this was one of the items on my bucket list. I was very impressed with the crew's knowledge and hospitality. The boat was comfortable and traveled well on the water. The weather was perfect as we followed a pair of grey whales along the coastline from Dana Point. Their majestic grace was all that I had imagined! I have the most amazing photographs of flukes and sprays. These memories will last me a lifetime. I most definitely will do this adventure again! Anne Baker | ||||||

| Our captain, Jack, I believe, and his knowledgeable crew did a great job of tracking down some whales for us to see, while always respecting the animal's space and route. I'd surely do the trip again and recommend it to others wanting to see a pretty close peek at nature in our backyard. | ||||||

| This was a Boy Scout outing which began with the free fishing clinic given by the staff - they did a great job working with the kids. Having signed up on Zerve beforehand for the actual 1/2 day trip and rental gear, we were all set up and ready to catch some fish - which is exactly what we did. My son caught 5 fish and is extremely excited about doing this again - soon. The staff in the shop and on the boat were very helpful, friendly, and encouraging. We will most definately do this again very soon. | ||||||

| It was an amazing adventure. Although it was our (my husband and I) first time in this excursion, and there was swelling in the waters (because of the previous day rain) we totally enjoyed it. The crew were so friendly and accommodating. They spoke about whales and dolphins and what we would expect during the trip. It was also a learning experience to know about characteristics of whales and dolphins. We got excited all the more when we saw a fin whale and Risso's dolphins. It is a wonderful feeling to get close to the wild side of nature. The day after my trip, I told my friends about my experience and they are encouraged to try it. I definitely will do it again, and this time I'll bring a better camera so I don't miss out on capturing the beauty of these creatures of the sea. | ||||||

| We were lucky enough to see a school of dolphins (about 500!) playing in the ocean. There were even baby dolphins leaping into the air. What fun! The crew worked hard to find a whale but when they couldn't, they issued a "whale check" to every passenger for a free cruise. The boat was comfortable and the snack booth has everything you need. It was a fun-filled afternoon and I'm very excited to go back and trade in my whale check soon. A big thank you to the crew! | ||||||

| First time for me to tryout my sea legs. Booking the trip was a breeze, fifteen min. to get the gear and license and we were on the boat. The crew was great, if the fish were slow on one reef, we were off to the next. Had alot of fun for a winter day of fishing, hope to come back and try to land some yellow fin and halibet later on. | ||||||

| There were three of us in our group, two of us came back with giant squids, and the third person lost one. It was an amazing experience. I have been fishing for most of my 26 years, and catching a giant squid was something I have never done before. The crew was outstanding; they were very helpful, and the price was right. I would love to go again. | ||||||

| I loved the dolphins, stingrays, sea lions and 2 grey whales. The boat is beautiful and I totally recommend the entire experience. Did I mention that the price was so reasonable? Thanks for a great morning. | ||||||

| Highly recommended. I went with my kids (ages 7 and almost 5). Crew was knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about the animals we saw (3 kinds of dolphin and some fin whales-- we got lucky!). We all enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the wake off the bow of the boat. Breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes) was great. Overall, a lovely trip that we are still talking about. | ||||||

| when i went whale watching, i saw some sea lions hanging out and basking in the sun. i took some pictures and we went deeper into the water. Later, we saw some common dolphins playing in the water. i tried to take some pictures, but they were too fast. i managed to take some pictures of them jumping. we didnt see a whale though, so we headed back to the docks. on our way back, we saw more dolphins. we got to the docks. | ||||||
