| I know it was not your fault there were no whales but it was extremly boring when there was NOTHING to see at all. At least you gave out vouchers to try again. I noticed several people throwing their vouchers away. Guess they were not intereseted on going again even for free. | ||||||

| We didn't see any whales or anything for that matter but I received a "rain check" ticket for a free ride in the future which I thought was great. | ||||||

| I took my parents for a whale watching trip during their visit from Michigan. Though we didn't see any whales, the team found a HUGE pod of dolphins and we stayed with them for about 30 minutes. The group on board was thrilled and the crew and naturalist were great. Everyone from the phone rep when I made the initial call to the office staff and crew were helpful and very friendly. I'd definitely go again. | ||||||

| The boat was great - big, clean, bathrooms were handy and the food/drink area was easy to get to. There was plenty of shaded area inside with a full view. No matter where you were on the boat, you had a full view. The crew was incredibly nice and helpful. We didn't see any whales, but did run into a pod of about a thousand dolphins, and we spent, I think, about half an hour running with them. They were everywhere - as far as you could see, and right next to the boat so you could see them clearly. Once in a while one would jump way out of the water and do a big flip, and you'd hear a big oooooh! from the people on the side of the boat that saw it. That was an amazing experience, so incredible you have to see it to believe it! The only problem I had (and I expect this to be remedied soon) was that even though online it said there was a bar, they didn't have their liquor license yet, and the food was limited to chips and candy. But, like I said, it was a new boat and I think they'll probably take care of that. There were only 15 sightseers on the boat, and they were all really nice, so even though I was alone, I didn't feel out of place. I have family coming soon and will definitely put this outing on our schedule. | ||||||

| The weather was gorgeous, the trip was awesome. Unfortunately we did not see the whales, but it was worth to go on the trip anyway. We were blessed to see a big pod of dolphins, a sunfish, and family of seals. Thank you very much for unforgettable experience. Nadia and Michael. | ||||||

| This 3 Hour Cruise on board a much newer and very different boat offered a variety of benefits: 1. Longer opportunity to see marine life 2, Large flat screens inside to watch underwater activity in bad weather 3. VERY knowledgable Naturalist with a Master's Degree full of information 4. Although no gray whales were to be found, we were in the middle of a very large group (HUNDREDS) of dolphins who were playful and curious...absolutely amazing! 5. Saw several sunfish for the first time in our lives and great sea lions 6. Bonus of beautiful weather didn't hurt either! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! | ||||||

| There were no whales which I know can't be controlled... the Captain did keep us out extra long (we were the last boat) because he was determined to find dolphins. He did. We ran into a mega pod of dolphins which was nice. But it leaves me to wonder if it was only so we wouldn't get free tickets to come back. There wasn't much information given on anything. I may try someone else next time. | ||||||

| Captain went out of his way to ensure that we saw marine life even though it meant that the boat returned a little late. Did not see any whales but several pods of dolphins and the boat was manuevered to be right in the middle! | ||||||

| We had a great time on the Whale Watching excursion even though we didn't see any whales. We did see A LOT of dolphins and sea lions which made it worth it! The only thing I didn't like was that we had to stand and didn't have any where to sit. Other than that it was great! | ||||||

| Fishing was poor. But I don't think the captain could do anything about it. The boat and gear were clean and organized, the crew was pleasant and helpful. The trip price was very good (1/2 price Tuesdays) and the extras reasonably priced. | ||||||

| This was the highlight of my trip! Dana Wharf is located in a very quiant town and was clean and very well kept. From the moment we bought our tickets, the staff was friendly and very helpful. We bought our tickets early, so we enjoyed a cafe within walking distance before boarding the boat. Once we boarded, we left promptly, and all of the crew members were very enthusiastic and polite. The guide was very knowledgable on the different animals and migratory patterns, etc. We did not see any whales, BUT we did see somewhere between 2000-3000 dolphins! It was incredible! We rode with their pod for nearly an hour as they played with the waves off of our boat. It was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone. It would be great for families or a group of friends, or even a date! Just remember to bring a light sweater and sunblock! | ||||||

| Our group of 8 men, women & children did the 12:00 trip on 3/11/08. We had exceptional weather & smooth seas but the highlight was time we spent cruising through a pod of thousands of dolphins. After the dolphin show we were very fortunate to see a fin back whale, about 80 feet long, surface and blow several times. Also, the crew was very friendly, helpful and informative. Everyone in our group gave this trip an A++. | ||||||
