Dana Wharf Sportfishing and Whale Watching

The captain was very knowledgeable and passed on to us a lot of information about the sealife. It was a smooth ride and was fun when he speeded up to get further out to sea. (8 miles) Weather was beautiful. We only saw dolphins and some sun fish but enjoyed it anyway. It was good customer service to give us 1/2 price passes for the next time we want to go. I greatly recommend this outing.

We had a good time. Bummer that we didn't see any whales, but we saw a TONNN of dolphins, and they up close too! And they even gave us a pass to come back for FREE, to try and see whales again.

I thought the Boat, Crew, Food, and the Ice Cold Beer were Great! As far as catching fish it didn't happen. However, I am not a fisherman. I smoked cigars, and brought a flask of Jameson. I had a Hoot!

Enjoyed seeing the dolphins and whales. Only complaint I have is that in the brochure it says sr price $40 and when I called and asked for a sr discount I was told that you have none and I pd $45 each. I feel I am intitled to a $10 refund. thanks Linda

Any day at sea is a great day.....got to see a whale

Although the fishing was slow, the crew was very good. They helped us try different combinations to improve our chances. Twilight in the ocean was beautiful, and so was the sunset.

The crew worked very hard to make four whale sitings even though there were very rough seas and the whales were hard to spot.

This was our first whale watching adventure and we had high hopes to see some blue whales, but unfortunately none were sighted on this trip. It did appear that the staff made every effort to locate them, but no luck. Still, the day was sunny and the staff was friendly. At the end of the trip, our tickets were returned to us so that we could come back at no additional cost and try another whale watching adventure. We look forward to returning. Pleasant way to spend a couple of hours on the ocean.

Three of us did this same activity a couple years ago & it was wonderful. There were so many pelicans etc this time that it wasn't nearly as much fun. We probably won't go again because of this.

My husband and I bought tickets for us and my folks when they came down to visit. We didn't happen to see any whales, but the company stands behind the experiences they provide and gave us a "whale check" to come back again for free to board another excursion of our choice. We saw a ton of beautiful dolphins and it was still a great experience! I highly recommend this whale watching experience!

We always enjoy our boat ride through Dana Harbor. The captain and the skipper are entertaining. The boat is comfortable and they make sure it doesn't get too crowded.

Southern California summertime, on the ocean, beautfiul day, who could ask for more? Even though we didn't see any whales (spent quite a while trailing a pod of dolphins and we did get a "whale check" for another trip, it was a great excursion. The glass of wine at Wind and Sea capped off an enjoyable afternoon

Wonderful, informative cruise. Watching the blue whales was well worth the cost of the cruise. The Captain's running comnmentary on the lives and activities of the blue whales made the whales even more impressive. Would take the cruise again anytime.

The catamaran was the best. Not crowded, everyone had same excellent view.
