Dana Wharf Sportfishing and Whale Watching

The Grandkids did not want to go but ended up loveing it. The operators searched and searched for a Blue Whale but could not find one. However the did not give up until we found a pod of dolphins.

The boat company was organized and did a great job. During the trip the boat guide provided lots of information about the marine life. We saw hundreds of dolphins and some seals. It was a good experience.

Nice boat ride, but we only saw 4 risso dolphins. Voucher was given for future trip.

We saw two whales, one making quite a show. Also had fun watching a large pod of dolphins. I loved this day.

Saw several hundred dolphins which was fascinating. Did not see any whales, so the crew issued "whale checks" (good for future trip) which is great for us locals. Captain was informative. Long boarding line formed early with no place to sit, and the boat was quite full, thus many of us had to stand throughout the whole experience which was not good for this senior with back problems. Women's restroom was foul smelling and the toilet was clogged; unacceptable!

It is amazing that the migration of the grey whale is taking place in front of our very eyes. The whale watching cruise is a wonderful opportunity to observe the migration of this magnificent animal.

Wonderful trip. Didn't see any whales the first day so we got free 'reschedule' tickets and we went out the next day. Saw hundreds of dolphins and had a wonderful boat ride. Excellent value for the money and very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend a trip.

We had a good time on the trip, seen one Whale. The guides did a good job of following the whale and telling us information about the Whales. Would recomend the trip.

The trip was fantastic. Although we didn't get to see any whales we were able to seals and several dolphins. It was a lot of fun and a great experience.

Would book another excursion with them again.

We didn't see any whales, but a lot of dolphins and some sea lions! The crew was so friendly too! We want to do this again!

Had a blast. The crew was very helpful and really cool guys and the galley cook made amazing breakfast burritos. Overall one of the better fishing days I have had even though I didn't manage to catch much!

Fun trip.

This operation books too many people to make it truely enjoyable. The boat was elbow to elbow from bow to stern. but as they say, the worst day of fishing is better than the best day of work and we did catch some fish and the deckhands were helpful. I'm sure I will go again, but never again on the weekend unless they limit their load.

I talked to three people to get the tickits because I had to cheek on things and keep calling back and everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful.
