great time at sea

| nice smooth ride. no whales but sea lions and large pod of dolphins swimming and jumping alongside the boat - quite amazing. food and drink also served - good and reasonably priced. | ||||||

| Easy to buy the tickets, the boarding process is quick and efficient. the boat crew were friendly and the weather was great. Now if only the fish would have cooperated but overall it was fun and enjoyable. We plan on goin again. | ||||||

No Whales but lots and lots of dolphins

| Since we were with little ones who at this point are into dolphins, whales and sea lions it was great. We saw lots and lots of dolphins which made the trip worth while. My only complaint was we left the dock almost 10 minutes late and arrived back a few minutes early if not on time. We saw no whales but will definately go back again. For those who like to eat: I heard the burgers were really really good!!!! | ||||||

| We had first time visitors with us to Ca. and they loved the trip. We saw dolphins and a grey whale, that fluked several times. Our captain was a great narrator with some interesting facts. We really enjoyed ourselves! | ||||||

| Nice boat, friendly and accommodating staff. Got to see one Minke whale and some dolphins, including babies. Beautiful weather and spectacular view of coast on trip. Two pointers: 1) Book on weekends because they have a marine biologist on board on weekend trips, and she was very interesting and helpful. 2) Be sure to arrive at the wharf area early because parking gets tight, at least on sunny weekends. There are plenty of places to eat and shop if you need to kill a little time though. | ||||||

| From leaving the dock, to returning our needs were met. The crew was right there for advice, helping to untangle lines and take fish off the hooks. The Capton did all he could by taking us from spot to spot to find fish that would cooperate and bite. The Galley was good, and the food also good. I will be back out when the time allows it for me. I will recommend the trip to anyone wanting a great fishing experience. A great day for the kids also. | ||||||

| The boat docked 10 minutes late and came back on time. We were a good 100 ft away from the whale, so it was very hard to see. I would not do it again. | ||||||

| We had a really lovely trip! The captain and crew were very friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience fun for everyone. There was lots of excitement when we found a rare pod of Dahl's Porpoises. We also saw a resting grey whale, and around 50 bottlenose dolphins. The dolphins' antics even encouraged the seasick members of our group to get up and watch! All in all, we had a great time and will go again. =) | ||||||

| The weather was good and the accomodations were good also. The staff was helpful in setting up the proper gear and bait. Although the catch of fish was minimal, there was a grey whale pup that was seen, dolphins, and an awnry sea lion (I expect he was catching fish), All in all a good trip and reasonably priced. I expect to go on another sea fishing adventure this summer when the fish are a little more plentiful. | ||||||

| Crew was friendly and courteous, however I would have liked to see them do some chumming. While we were fishing, the crew sat around fishing with us when not doing other work. No complaints, otherwise. | ||||||

| It was a beautiful day and being out on a ship is always nice. Their boat was a nice boat, the tourist were the first to see the whale tale, not the crew. and that's all we saw...but it could have been a bad day to go too. | ||||||

| I have had the pleasure to ride on the Cat boat three times, all with different groups of family and children. First time, we did not see whales, but saw three different kinds of dolphins, which was absolutely amazing, so I did not miss the whales. The next two times, we spotted whales - which was great! But, I think it is the dolphins that really make the trip! They are so fun and playful, the whole boat goes crazy when they swim by the boat. I highly recommend this adventure for the whole family! | ||||||
