| This is the second time we chose Dana Wharf and, again, we had a great time. Apart from the sea lions and hundreds of common dolphins, we observed a pair of California gray whales swimming South. The crew is very knowledgeable and they are working really diligently to find whales. We went on this trip last January (with kids) and found whales, too. Highly recommended. BTW If you are going on an early (10am) trip bring your coffee. Most coffee shops are closed and the one that is open charges almost $4 for a cup of so-so coffee. | ||||||

| The weather resulted in choppy waves so if you happen to get splashed upon and then have to deal with the wind, it can be cold, wet, and miserable roller coaster of a ride as we witnessed others suffering during the outing. Everything else worked out great. No whales this trip, but plenty of other marine life was viewed out in the wild. The evening outing allowed for a beautiful sunset view on the return. Will do it again during the gray whale season. | ||||||

| The trip was cancelled after spending only 30 min on the water. They would not give us our money back. They only gave us a voucher. I can't go back because I am leaving the state. I wasted $30! | ||||||

| We spotted hundreds of dolphins and followed a Blue Whale for several breathing cycles. The marine expert was helpful and answered all of our questions. We got some fantastic pictures and the kids really enjoyed the trip. | ||||||

| The crew really made efforts to show us the blue whale and we saw where it was (water spout) but the whale wasn't so cooperative in coming above the surface! The crew then made a successful effort to catch up with a pod of dolphins and we were able to watch the dolphins on both sides of the boat swimming and jumping out of the water. This was a neat experience! The boat was not too crowded so it made viewing easy. I would recommend this cruise to others. | ||||||

| I had wonderful time. First time whale watching and we were able to see 3 blue whales. I was told by the crew that it was rare to see more than 1. the crew was great, fun and enthusiastic. Will take the kids again in the future! | ||||||

| I was pleasantly surprised by the abillity of the Captain to put us on the fish for this half day excursion. For twenty bucks it was much more a value than the full day trip I subsequently booked with this same company. The full day trip was a bad idea. The Captain and crew had taken along some acquaintances, and they proceeded to occupy the best spots at the stern of the boat for the entire duration of the trip while the Captain and crew looked on and never batted an eye or said a word - how unprofessional. This full day excursion was truly disappointing. I'll never return. | ||||||

| My boyfriend took me on this whale watching adventure for my Birthday and it was absoutely amazing. We saw a pod of killer whales while we were out at sea. It was awesome seeing the whales in their natural habitat (rather than seeing Shamu at Seaworld--of which I love btw). The crew was awesome! I was feeling a little seasick and a member of the crew would stop by and ask if I was doing ok and if I needed anything. :) Thanks guys--if you're reading this. I would definitely recommend everyone to go whale watching with these guys. They're really professional and courteous and know what they are doing. It'll be worth every penny. (Don't forget to tip the crew when you return back to the dock). | ||||||

| This is our 2nd year back Whale watching. The boat is a nice size and it is always clean. We did not see a Whale this time around. The Whale watching cruise offers a guarantee that if you do not see a whale, they will give you a rain check that will never expire. That is great customer service! The staff is always friendly. | ||||||

| The ship left about on time, the weather was good, the boat captain and everyone were friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. We didn't see any whales, but we had a great time as the dolphins frolicked with the boat. Great trip. | ||||||
