| Our group was most of the male side of a wedding party and some relatives (all male), 2 were young boys who had never been fishing before. Overall it was a fun trip. I only got a couple bites, and my sons never got a nibble, so they got bored and tired early. I happened to be stationed at the bow, and it seems all the good activity was off the very crowded stern. I believe the captain was doing a good job finding fish, as there were some keepers brought on board, but all from the rear. The boat was crowded (60) people so not everyone could get to the stern. We had a lot of tangled lines due to the crowding. Most of the fish I saw were too small to keep, but there were a lot of them. I kind of expected fishing is fishing, you throw a line in and never get a bite while a person right next to you seems to get all the fish. I guess the law of averages says, the more times you throw the line in the water, the better the chance at catching the big one. The crew was knowledgeable and helpful and it made for a pleasant trip. They have a galley so food and drinks are not an issue. I would do this trip again, maybe have better luck next time. | ||||||

| This is where my boys and I connect. This is where we are taking away memories that are never forgotten. At 6 and 10, both my sons know how to land their catch. The fish and the good times are plenty. The Captain and crew of the "Clemente" really make it their job to ensure their guests are accommodated. The crew has been instrumental in helping my two boys become two young "fishermen" with their expertise and caring approach. | This operation books too many people to make it truely enjoyable. The boat was elbow to elbow from bow to stern. but as they say, the worst day of fishing is better than the best day of work and we did catch some fish and the deckhands were helpful. I'm sure I will go again, but never again on the weekend unless they limit their load. | ||||||

| The ride was nice, and the boat was comfortable enough. Unfortunately, the day I went, there were no sightings of whales or dolphins. They did give out vouchers for 1/2 off tickets to come back and try again which I thought was appropriate. I plan on doing just that! | ||||||

| Maybe it was just a lucky day for us, but within a half-hour of leaving the dock we happened upon two blue whales and followed them around for the better part of two hours as they dived and re-surfaced. The Captain did an excellent job of tracking them. On our way back to port we took a loop through a school of dolphins who raced along with the boat, jumping out of the water as they swam along. It was quite a thrill. | ||||||

| The Blue Whale watching cruise far exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and imparted just the right info at just the right time. The boat was clean and comfortable, the weather was fantastic, the wildlife cooperated as if trained to do so. The Common Dolphins were there to see in incredible #'s and swam with the boat, performing for us as if trained to do so. Then the HIGHLIGHT of our cruise appeared, A couple of Blue Whales , which we sighted numerous times as they surfaced , swam and dove and reappeared several times to our surprise and enjoyment. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS PHENOMINAL !! THANK YOU DANA WHARF FOR AN EXPERIENCE MY WIFE AND I WILL NEVER FORGET !! Scott & Danielle Steinberg. | ||||||

| We had a good time on our cruise. The boat was clean and staff was friendly. Since we went out on a weekend a marine biologist was on board. She started us off with some basic but informative facts about the species we might see. Unfortunately we didn't spot a whale but we did see quite a few bottle nosed dolphins. The crew was able to spot them and then keep them engaged so we'd have more time to see them and take photos. I have no complaints about this company or cruise. I think it was a good value for the money and certainly something out of the ordinary to do on vacation. | ||||||

| Great experience for us non fisherman. The staff was right there to help us when we caught a fish as we had no equipment. It was the deep sea fishing experience I was hoping to have for our family with 3 kids, 10, 15, & 17. Turk's for dinner afterwards was excellent too! | ||||||

| My 13 year old son and I had a Great time, the crew was very helpful, and attentive. The other visitors on the boat were all plesant, this was our second trip from here, the first one we caught a lot of fish this time we were not as lucky. Both times were a Great time! | ||||||

| Went on the 1/2 day fishing boat Sum Fun. There must have been 40 anglers and only 5 fish caught. The skipper did not put us on any fish. We fished the same kelp bed twice. I would not recommend this fishing outfit. | ||||||

| We had a party of seven people for the fishing trip. Getting 7 people ready to go and be on time can be a real challenge. We were late and DanaWharf held the fishing boat for us. The crew on board, Eric, Brian & Ben were terrific. My wife let her reel go a few times and the guys were Johnny on the spot to help her with her tangled mess. My wife son, the birthday boy, had a broken wrist with a cast on. Each time he needed new bait, again the crew was there to help him out. I would highly recommend a fishing trip with this company. | I loved it, Morgan the Marine Biologist, the Catamaran, I was able to relax, I even took my shoes off. Everyone was respectful, helpful and polite. I did not want to come back to shore. Thank you to all the employees for making it so wonderful. I had to hold back tears when the dolphins were right at the front of the Catamaran riding along with us. It was a dream, that I always wanted to experience. | ||||||

| This experience of fishing has created excitement in my kids to go for fishing. My 9 yr old daughter caught 10 and my son 6 yrs old caught 5 - half the time he was crying :-) The best part is the location. No worries of looking for the fish the captain takes us to a place where there is fish and we catch -simple and easy. The crew is very helpful and full of energy. They are there whenever you need them. I have already recommended it to my friends and we will certainly go again. JUST GREAT! | ||||||
