Dana Wharf Sportfishing and Whale Watching

My family went deep sea fishing together for the 1st time. My boys 10 and 13 had a great time. Even though the fish weren't biting that night. The crew was very helpful. Especially when my boys and husband all got there lines tangled together. One crew member came and had it untangled in a matter of minutes. $25 for twilight fishing 4hrs, you can't beat it

this was a great trip. Everyone on the boat was so nice and informative. Would do this again.

We did this back in April but were only able to see dolphins (but boy were there alot of them) and the trip was great. This time WOW!! We saw 8 or 9 whales. I couldn't keep up with the captains count and he was just as excited as all of us on board. Perfect day, perfect experience. Will definitely be doing it again.

Thank god for the dolphins and sea lions! Not to mention the bloody marys! All in all it was worth getting up for! Haven't given up on seeing a whale up close and personal! Until that day, The discovery channel will have to do!

i was kind of upset about my fish i caught and they lost my fish i wanted to take home and they were quite rude about it but oh well maybe ill try it again hopefully ill get treated a little kinder.

My mother, best friend, and myself had a great time on this whale watching excursion. We saw two grey whales, a pod of dolphins, and some adorable seals. Thankfully the crew also handed out 50% off coupons for the next time and I can't wait to use them! Thanks for a great tiem!

The crew worked very hard to make four whale sitings even though there were very rough seas and the whales were hard to spot.

I won't be using Zerve again. We were going down to visit my in-laws and I had booked the trip for the next morning. Unfortunately, my father-in-law had some heart trouble that night, and after spending all night in the emergency room and his being admitted, obviously I didn't get to go fishing. I called the company and was told about the 'no-reschedule' policy' I understand the need for it, but it did cost me $40. So in the future, while I will still go fishing, I won't be reserving ahead of time. I would rather miss the trip then lose the money in this economy. Shawn Jones Roseville, CA

I have a great time every time I take the half day trip. Next time I am thinking about springing for the 3/4 day jaunt. The captain found the fish, I caught them, and the crew cleaned them. What more could you ask for from a fishing trip?

I scoured the website to get up to date info about the recent whale sightings so that I could make an informed decision about booking this activity but I found none, and when i tried to call I was only able to reach the Zerve service...which was no service to me.

The staff is what impressed me the most and the patience they showed the children! We will be bringing 20 scout boys on this trip because of your staff, expertise and professionalism. We were able to have a successful day and enjoy other clients. The staff were so personable, considerate and hard working. I would take 1000 of them! Great job! Pamela Shawkey

We had such a good time on the Whale Watching Tour. We did not see any whales but we saw beautiful dolphins.

We were told to be there at 5:30 but the boat never took off until 6:30 we could have come later. Everything else was okay

We have done this activity every time we make it out to California. Very nice and informative and lucky enough to see a whale this time! Speaker was great, give the guy a raise! Very informative and appreciated all his knowledge!
